The hotel is conveniently located. There are several small restaurants within only a few minutes walk away. It is only about a 10 minute walk from the main bus station and the train station.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Spacious room for Japan and at a good price, relatively close to Shin-Fuji station.

But not a lot in terms of eating options in the immediate vicinity, not a problem, just need to be prepared to walk around.

Such a great experience from the moment we arrived. Everything in the hotel is so clean and well maintained. The rooms too are comfortable, clean and well equipped. I had the best nights sleep.

The room size was what was really appreciated. We were used to small rooms on our stays but Grand Fuji Hotel hotel room far exceeded our expectations. The bathroom with the glassed in shower and separate bathtub was something you'd find in a luxury hotel. The lobby was also very large and beautiful. I had the traditional Japanese breakfast. The grilled salted salmon was the best I had on my whole 2 week trip to Japan. The 5 star dining service and how everything was presented was first rate. This was one of the best hotels I stayed at during our vacation and we stayed an 6 different hotels during our stay. One last special treatment, when we checked out, the desk receptionist graciously ordered our taxi for us and as we got into the car came outside and bowed and thanked us for our stay one last time as we drove away. What a special touch.

I got the view to Mt. Fuji, amazing view!!! I got a beautiful postcard before/after since cloudiness gathers fast (just while I took breakfast) and Fuji was gone.

made me feel like a criminal reporting I left without paying after I did pay. when I departed, I gave my key to the person at the front desk and he never indicated anything about payment. told me to go. I return the call after returning home to find that my stay was not paid even though I reserved with credit card. the property should make it clear that they will not have someone available to accept payment at check out during certain hours. this was my third stay. i have no reason to go without paying. Booking.com notified me today that I was reported after I paid the hotel yesterday after getting home.

cleanliness; free parking; very quiet atmosphere; views of Fuji-San. friendly service; modern, updated hotel. Seemed very clean. Western breakfast availability; I would’ve liked pancakes; love the dolce gusto coffee machine like I have at home. next time I will bring my pods.

western breakfast—eggs were like runny/mashed potatoes; coffee was not the best; but, they get an A for effort. The western breakfast is already planned. i didn’t want salad or tomato juice for breakfast but it is automatically included. only one small, medium, and large towel in bathroom for one night stay. I suppose that makes sense unless I chose to bathe morning and night. No microwave.

I liked the free parking so I can come and go freely. The room was spacious, too.

The rooms are modern and comfy. The hotel’s family-friendly. The walls are soundproofed. The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak English well. The bathroom’s huge, clean and modern. The floor has an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. The breakfast is okay.

I felt a little itchy in the morning. My eyelid was a little swollen. I suspect there were some bugs on the pillows or the bed but I’m not sure.

The staff are extremely friendly and they go the extra mile with helping you around. They make you feel like home. The design of the hotel and class set is beautiful and high. The room was incredible and the view of mount Fuji felt one of a kind. The breakfast was interesting seeing we haven't tried such Japanese breakfast, we enjoyed that. I would recommend everyone to go there at least for a night to enjoy that experience with the touristic destination around it.

That it isn't on the other side of Fuji, you can access certain points of Fuji like the zoo, farm, and Fujinomiya.

Place is great! Located a little bit far from the Shinkansen station, but I guess you can take a taxi :) Staff was very friendly, check in was no problem. Room itself was clean, big bathroom with fresh towels and yukata. Pretty much place is great, would stay again :)
