It is right in the middle of everything, from coffee shops to ski slopes. Inside the apartment, we specially loved the living room window and the attic style bedroom which gave the best view of the snow showers outside!

the hot water seems limited. The second person was not enough water for shower.

it was very clean and spacious for a couple. i love the kitchen complete with all the equipments.

The location not far from everything and it was nice , warm and clean and the Kitchen had all the things we needed
Just was struggling with the stairs and no view just seen to another wall. TV only had 1 channel ABC but we not big TV watchers anyway

Great Property, Large, Clean & Comfortable. Fully equipped.
Somewhere to dry Wet gear would have been handy. One small bar of Soap for 3 days.

The apartment was close to the only 2 pubs open at the time of the stay. It was central to everything in the main area but in Late Spring so not much opened.
The bedroom was upstairs and larger and had views of the sky and treetops. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and larger. Good room to put things.
The kitchen area is workable.
The dining area is OK. Bumped head on the roof though on one side!
Good heating throughout.
A bit dark in the side. Some sun tries to get through the Venetians in the afternoon!
The Venetian blinds in the main living and bottom of the stairs area were worn, broken, and just looked tired and need to be replaced. Just made the place look a bit run down.
Only 1 toilet roll for 4 day stay? Sorry but that is pushing it.
The bathroom cabinet had no doors again just looked rundown and the shower leaked onto the floor. No hairdryer! Very small as well with no heating.
No milk left in the fridge or salt and pepper in shakers. Sorry, thought milk was always a go.
No information on using the microwave eg had convection that I could not work as no oven.
Only 1 x wine glass. No tongs. Large fridge though that was good.
No information on how to use TV, took 40 minutes but eventually worked it through!
Carpets were worn and wrinkled in places.
Some light bulbs needed replacing as not working.
It is a nice place just needs work on it and it is all pretty basic stuff.

Absolutely nothing, never got to stay. Long story short, we got robbed by Dinner Plains. Due to very bad weather no matter what we tried, we couldn't get to the accommodation and when we tried to call and move our booking or recover some of the $400 per night cost, management refused to refund or rebook another stay, and hung up on us after driving 5hrs to get there.
Everything, from the bad customer service to the fact that we had to go back to Melbourne that night and drive yet another 5hrs, and the fact that they blatantly stole our money for accommodation we never got to stay in, without so much as an offer for a discount off our next stay, or a refund of the deposit fee or a gift certificate for the next time we come up. Absolutely nothing was offered, no sympathy shown just got told that it was against policy. So buyer beware, because God forbid that there's a blizzard or they run out of snow chains and can't make the trip up there, you will not get anything from these people.

Great location, cosy and comfortable.
A little difficult to find at first.
The window blinds didn't stay up or open so we were unable to let light into the apartment making it really dark most of the time.
There was a lot of unnecessary equipment in the apartment (multiple serving dishes, vases, random plates etc etc) making it feel cluttered and cramped (4+ people staying in this apartment during snow season would be a nightmare!).
Yet things that we could have used (like a drying rack for washed clothes as a washing machine is provided) was nowhere to be found.
The refrigerator froze everything you placed in it (even when the temp was turned down) and was super noisy and only one of the hob burners worked making cooking a little difficult.
All in all, in my opinion, the apartment needs a good clear out, clean and refresh in order to be good value for money for the price we paid.

bed was good. other facilities need updating. couch needs replacing. fridge makes so much noise in the freezer that we couldn’t sleep.

The location was perfect. Close to many facilities and easy to access.
The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. We had an issue with the washer/dryer not working, but the staff helped us out with an alternative.
Probably the only thing that could have been better was the weather!!! We really only had two, maybe three days of nice weather to explore around dinner plain. There was still enough to keep us occupied however during the inclement weather.
