El desayuno es bueno y suficiente. El lugar es bastante tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. Tuve una complicación con mi reservación (tema personal) y la persona que me atendió me brindó soluciones rápidas con una actitud amable y accesible.

Les falló la limpieza de la tina de hidromasaje, pero el resto de las instalaciones se encontraban en perfecto estado y limpieza.

The view from the room (and from the hotel in general) was lovely. The breakfast was tasty and more than sufficient in quantity.

The hot water in the shower was fickle. The written instructions for use of the safe and the wifi were misleading. If not for the fact that one of our group was a native speaker of Spanish, I'm not sure how we could have gotten help from the hotel staff.

Pool was not open on some days. Hot tub did not work.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and the grounds and view were pretty. Suite 8 was spacious and attractive.

The level of cleanliness was the only thing that stopped this from being an incredible experience for us. When we arrived, our toilet hadn’t been cleaned (faeces). The reception girl quickly came and cleaned it. After drinking a coffee in the room we discovered that the coffee machine water reservoir was lined with algae and there were ants floating in it. We took this to reception before leaving and weren’t offered an apology. The bathroom had established spiderwebs which would benefit from being removed. The bathroom at reception also had a lot of spiderwebs. There were workers at a property across the street that had fairly load not very appealing music playing which didn’t add to our enjoyment in the pool/jacuzzi but out of the hotels control.

our room just need a couple restoration for example the shower head, didn’t work and was rusty. it looked smaller than in the pictures.

When I turned on the shower there was a strong smell of sewer that got worse as I left the water running. There was no one at the front desk or anywhere in the hotel to help with the problem. An after hours cleaning crew arrived later around 9pm and had keys to let me in to another room. note-The room they originally gave me was on the lower level with no window. The other rooms all had windows and looked very nice. The hotel only had a few rooms occupied that night -It would’ve been nice to have had the option to upgrade to a better room. However the fellow that checked me in at the front desk did not speak a word of English and I don’t speak Spanish so maybe that was lost in translation.

Great facilities, charming, clean and conveniently located wrt the lake. Great for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable.
