The property was very clean, safe and reasonably quiet (other than some early morning construction noise). The personable and attentive professionalism of Sabrina and Daniela made a big difference.
Perhaps it would have been nice to have had two sets of keys per room. As we were a family traveling together, there were times we moved in different directions. Not a big deal but just a suggestion.

Communication with staff was great! They reached out asking when we planned to get to Positano and were there to welcome us with keys upon arrival. We got there before 3pm check in time but were able to leave our bags easily. The property was so nice! Huge room and bathroom, with second room that had couch, kitchen table, sink. So nice the fridge was stocked with water and a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy! Also have to mention the shower was amazing with huge overhead spout and 4 other sprays that felt luxurious. Also enjoyed the outdoor terrace with 2 loungers and a couch. The property communication again was very key for us. Our flight got cancelled at 7pm the night before our 9am flight and we had to scramble to rebook and rearrange travel plans to the airport. The private driver we booked was no longer available at new time and staff answered within minutes when I messaged them via WhatsApp at 10:30pm. They helped and contacted local taxi service they trusted and had it booked and secured for us by 7am the next morning...just as soon as they were able to contact them the next day. Great staff went a long way to making our vacation that much more enjoyable! This property is in the upper part of the town, but still SO many phenomenal restaurants all within minutes/right down the road. We also stumbled upon a couple very cute rooftop bars that were hidden treasure/not crowded due to going down stairs to get to other places - we may not have found them if we were not at this location. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone!
Location was great because we had truly amazing views, but it is a bit of a hike from main beach areas. I read about the stairs but they are no joke. My husband and I are early 30s and very active/exercise regularly and it was still a tough climb for us due to being upper part of the town. This is just an FYI though, we would still stay here again! If you stay anywhere higher than the main beach area you are going to have stairs - just nature of the beautiful town of Positano.

The apartment was magic..... and figuring out parking was super easy with helpful phone calls. We were delayed arriving and at no time was there frustration ... just wonderful assistance.

the view and the balcony were wonderful. room and kitchen very spacious and a nice shower. owner was very gracious and helpful!

We had the whole of the ground floor to ourselves
There were 2 toilets, one with shower, the other with a bath tub with jacuzzi
There was a garden which would be nice for summer with no rain
If you prefer, you can cook as there's kitchen with utensils
There was a smell of food lingering when we were there
The shower on/off switch was broken
No complimentary snacks apart from one small bottle of still water and sparkling water each
The flat was at the top of the mountain and a good walk to the beach
We didn't have ocean view as we were on the ground floor

we loved everything about the apartment. it’s nicely furnished, very clean, great view. The host goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home. The welcome kit was a very nice gesture.

Casa has the best location! its accesibility to transport, the best restos, grocery etc is on the spot. Best of all the house is very clean and the facilities are great and Dani is a great Host! So when in Positano look no further!!

amazing view, bus stop outside door, staff were the best I’ve ever come across. helped us with washing and contacted ferry companies on our behalf to ensure they were running when weather was an issue. i cannot recommend this place more highly

Clean, spacious and modern apartment which comfortably sleeps 4 (sofa bed in the lounge room). Small kitchenette with everything you need including induction cooktop. great bathroom with perhaps the best shower I have ever had!
The greatest asset here is Daniela - she is amazing! We moved from a separate property next door at short notice and she took us in after a cancellation. She was so attentive, flexible and helpful in spite of the fact we probably made life a little difficult for her with our last minute booking. When our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather. she was amazing in helping us negotiate the rather chaotic Amalfi coast bus system!

Nothing really. It is right at the top of Positano which was no problem for our family but LOTS of steps to get down to the beach. The local bus, however, is just outside the front door to the property and is cheap and easy.

The apartment was very pretty, and spacious. We had a big garden, and 2 bathrooms. Perfect place for kids. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The jacuzzi was also great:)

The place is big, very nice and clean, it seems like an SPA and we really liked it, is bigger than expected. Decorated with good taste. Daniella was always pending and very kind and willing to help in whatever needed. :)
If you don’t like to walk then it will be difficult because is on top of Positano, however, the best way to visit positano is walking around. There is a bus that stops right in front of the house but it takes a longer time.
