The location and the view are amazing! The staff were very polite and helpful, well trained like 5 stars hotel. Food was very delicious. Sunset moment is very romantic.

The elevator sound was too loud, should mute that function. I wanted to sleep-in until 8-9 am but kept waking up every time someone used the elevator since maybe 6am?. I was very cranky in the morning because lack of sleep. And it's annoying to here the "ding" sound all day as well. If I had stayed more than 1 night, I would have had a complain.
