Code for lockbox was provided in advance, so we gained easy access.

Wi-fi signal wasn't great at times, and poor in the main bedroom (to the point a signal couldn't be obtained on any device). A booster device in the bedroom would have helped. Also, a small laminated sign in the bathroom of the main bedroom, alerting guests to the presence of a hot water booster switch in the wardrobe would have helped mitigate some cold showers (solar hot water was weak, due to a number of successive cloudy days). I appreciate the booster switch is mentioned in the compendium on the table in the kitchen, but the compendium isn't the first thing one reads on arrival, so some guests were a little disappointed not to be able to have a hot shower until they had found the relevant section of the compendium. No biggie.

Friendliest property manager ever. Really set the tone for an amazingly relaxing weekend in such a beautiful setting. Everything exceeded expectations, look and comfort. Supplied Salus toiletries were perfect. Even in poor weather this luxury escape was amazing.

Sound system did not work. I don't believe it can (too old), not too much of an issue as was lucky one of our party bought a portable speaker, but the guest book may need to be updated as I wasted 30mins trying to follow the instructions to no avail. Small thing though.

The Villa was well equipped. Also enjoyed the large space and comfort A lot of privacy with having the rooms / villa’s separated
