Everything, beautiful place to stay.
Our host Helen was so welcoming and went out of her way to make us comfortable and looked after us very well.
Super comfy beds, lovely rooms, beautiful guest lounge to use.
Breakfasts were great with yummy homemade jams.
The rooms were fully equipped with everything you could want, including microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Homemade shortbread biscuits too.
Highly recommend it for a lovely peaceful stay.

Helen the host is the nicest lady you could meet , nothing was to much trouble for her , so clean comfortable and literally home from home , couldn’t recommend this B&B more if I tried Xxx

Helen the lady that runs the bed and breakfast is lovely. She made the stay very enjoyable and I felt well accommodated for. The room was perfect, very comfy bed and there's an iron, microwave, en suite, and coffee machine. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and was friendly from the very first encounter. I would definitely stay there again.

Helen is a lovely host. She made our stay memorable. Her place is welcoming and very clean. Breakfast is excellent, and she offered a lot of variety. My son will always remember the pancakes!

Lovely host, nice large room and comfy and clean. Amazing breakfast and even made me gluten free oats! Nice and close to where my friends lived. Very cheap compared to other places so you should charge more for what you provide!!

The host did an amazing job at catering for a vegan breakfast. They went above and beyond to help provide an amazing breakfast, which also included home made jams.

The breakfast was exceptional. Helen asked us the night before if there was anything specific we wanted. We had oatmeal and fruit with yogurt followed by a delicious Ulster fry. We were treated to Helen's homemade wheaten bread and a selection of her homemade jams, also.

The host here is exceptional, one of the nicest ladies I have ever met, she looked after us as if we were family, a beautiful soul.

Very friendly welcome from Helen who kindly offered a cup of tea and shortbread in our room, made us feel easy and very much at home. Very comfortable clean room with ensuite facilities. Following a great nights sleep Helen provided a very tasty and relaxed breakfast and to round it off gave us a lift to Ballymena to collect our car.
We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Meadow View.

So happy visited here. Exceptionally clean, and a wonderful host with a great "Ulster Fry" for breakfast. Helen was so welcoming and felt like a had visited a relative who I hadn't seen for a long time. Would go back in a flash if I could. Thank you Helen for making my short trip so welcoming.

The property was well located and very tranquil.
The host was so helpful even gave us a lift into the town/hotel wedding we were going to. She didn’t mind us coming home late and even cooked a lovely breakfast.
The room itself was really clean and comfortable and kitted out with a lovey en suite.
