Very good location, in walking distance from the points of interest yet quiet. Very spacious and comfortable room with nice terrace and view. Nice pool area. Polite and helping staff. SUPERB breakfast of excellent variety and quality, served in a cosy yard. Mirco, the owner, extremely helpful and cool.

The distance from the absolute perfection here is just a small espresso machine in the room :)

The hotel is located 10-15 minute walk from the port making it a quieter area of Spetses. The breakfasts are outstanding! Beautiful, freshly prepared and abundant. Exceptionally clean pool at a beautiful temperature. Mirko and Adriana are beautiful and generous hosts who have managed to create a very special atmosphere. Our favourite stay in Greece and I would best describe this boutique hotel as being quite contemporary and stylish but also very relaxing.

This was the perfect place to stay in Spetses. A cozy, beautiful getaway tucked away in the hillside just minutes from the city center. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were super comfortable, we slept great! And the breakfast was incredible: a full spread of homemade cakes, quiche, and pies... fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals, amazing coffee! It was like something out of a magazine. We will be back!

Amazing breakfast. The host took great care of food allergies and even made special cakes. Very heartwarm and serviceminded host and made our stay on the island fantastic. Was an authentic and beautiful hotel with a local feeling.

The room was a little cold during the night, primarily on arrival day. The toilet needed a little more time to refill water, so it was a bit noisy.

This boutique hotel is perfect! So very welcoming, beautiful rooms and the breakfast was amazing

I have no doubt the breakfast will be mentioned by more people than not, and rightly so because the selection was outstanding! Add to that the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, a wonderful view, the free delicious snacks, the pool and the waiver of the check-out time so that we were allowed to use the room until 16:00, and you get a near-perfect B&B!

A minor nit-pick would be the shower was directly next to the bed and separated by see-through glass panels - not a problem if you’re a couple, slightly inconvenient when sharing a room as friends.

I loved the location, a little set back from the beach part way up a hill. A very quiet and relaxing setting. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and had so much choice. Best of all was the host, he was so helpful and friendly, ordering us dinner when we arrived late on the first night and ordering us a moped. He always had a smile on his face.

Great size balcony with sea and sunrise views, absolutely beautiful. Lovely pool area, excellent breakfast and the most amazing hospitality from Mirco and Adrianna.

Oltremare Inn is a beautiful family run hotel and they really care. The attention to detail to make sure their guests have a most enjoyable stay is incredible. They really go out of their way. Everyone was happy and friendly. The breakfast as everyone remarks is just absolutely lovely. Thanks to everyone for helping make our stay so enjoyable. You are definitely doing everything right.

Everything was amazing about our stay. The facility by itself was magical. Our room and its view was beyond you can imagine. The variety and the quality of the breakfast was unbeliavable. In addition, the staff were always super friendly and helpful. Not only that they had offered coffee, water and pastry free of charge, they have also made daily recommendations that made us fall in love with Spetses. We will definitely revisit Spetses and Oltimare inn. Thank you very much Oltimare inn family:)

Loved everything!!!!!

Only a short walk from a couple of excellent restaurants and a stylish bar. Nearest beach and bus stop also within easy walking distance. Amazing buffet breakfast with everything you would want and a huge selection of freshly baked cakes available every morning.

Excellent location although initially it seemed a distance from the centre/port it was no problem. Excellent restaurants within five minutes walk. Good sized pool. Breakfast choice was amazing. Wonderful selection and extra eggs, omelette, bacon etc if requested. Very personable management eager to genuinely help in any way.

Room a little small but nothing to worry about.

We definitely loved the family run atmosphere. Breakfast is fantastic, Adriana is a great chef. Cakes are not to be missed, fruits, salty greek specialties, it’s difficult to beat this breakfast. Mirco made everything possible to make our stay perfect. He knows all the tips of Spetses and Greece. Our room was spacious and quiet, very recent decoration, nice balcony with ocean view, enough space for a + 2 weeks stay. Hotel is very close to the main city, walking distance from some beaches. We also loved the company of the cute cats of the house. It’s a very peaceful place. The kindness of Mirco, Adriana and their family makes this place very unique and special. We would definitely come back.

Dusting the floor of our room and overall cleaning of bathroom could be improved.

The beds(mattress) was not so comfortable - made of foam do quite soft.

The owner was either at the hotel or easily available. There is a beautiful pool and the breakfast included was exceptional.
