The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was quite run down compared to the photos that appear online. We only needed to stay 2 nights and that was plenty. Rooms were a bit dingy, don’t look under the mattress pad, lots of gross stains. Not walking distance to Market Square nor would you want to in that area.

The gentleman at the night desk was so nice. He needs a raise.
The TV didn’t work, there were wires hanging down where a smoke detector SHOULD BE!! The was a flimsy connecting door to the next room. When we ask the be switch to a different room with a working TV. The TV did work… but only got one Chanel. The floor in the room was very uneven. The hallways smell. The showers smell like chlorine. The chair had a suspicious stain. There was bubbling from water damage in the ceiling. The phones in the room are non working.

El señor que atendía por la tarde noche era muy déspota y grosero.
No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto en el tiempo que estuvimos más que solo una vez y a fuerza de estar insistiendo en ello.

There's wasn't anything I didn't like, it was a great stay.

The location was fair.
There advertising with a pool, that was not so.
The breakfast did not meet the advertised breakfast.
The air did not work well late at night.
There very limit channels on the television.

The staff were all very nice. The free parking was nice as well.
I felt like my room could have been cleaner. There was some kind of food stain on the bed spread. The chair in the room had so many stains on it. I didn't feel comfortable sitting there. The whole hotel is old and outdated and could use a complete update with new furniture, paint and carpeting.

Room, breakfast, and staff were wonderful! Especially Charlene 😊
The pool was empty and dirty. We had planned to use it to relax between sight seeing. We were very disappointed.

Location was great and the staff were friendly.
There was a leak through the bathroom ceiling in our (first floor) room. We reported it to the front desk, but the reaction was slow. Eventually, they told us it was coming from the third floor and although housekeeping did mop up the water with towels, we were not offered to move to a less soggy room nor was the bathroom cleaned more thoroughly (we didn't know if this was clean water, sewage, etc. leaking into the room).

The building is really old the room smelled super humid we had to spray some Lysol disinfectant the couch had some stains .

bed was very comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept on
it was run down. had to request a shower curtain.

Had booked a room before I traveled to San Antonio for some reason when I arrive they said they couldn’t find my reservation. Booking contacted them and they didn’t do much to help.

It was very humid inside and the Air Conditioning unit in my room was LOUD it sounded like it was going to explode lol
