Albergo ottimo per qualità prezzo, posizione super, Certo un po' datato per arredamento ma bagni nuovi e tutto molto pulito. Già soggiornato due volte e tornerò
Purtroppo l'ultima notte è stata travagliata per una coppia nella stanza accanto completamente fuori controllo e con cane di grossa taglia molto rumoroso. Già nei giorni precedenti avevano disturbato e si sarebbe dovuto intervenire

Location was nice, in the city center and also near the main train station.
The hotel could use an upgrade overall and the door codes that you needed to use to get into your room did not work properly: you had to use a bit of strenght to open that door 🙂

Friendly helpful staff. very clean and well maintained property.We had only booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for three nights. Lovely bar cafe downstairs. Great location being near beach, train station and shops. Ideal for visiting other towns too

The location was wonderful. The beach is only 5-minutes away to left and Piazza with numerous shops and restaurants available to the right. Everything is accessible by foot and the surrounding buildings create a peacful and italian-esque atmosphere.
Food and drink aren’t available. Breakfast is available through the bar/cafeteria connected to the hotel itself and the staff juggle both at the same time.

I have stayed at this Hotel more than once
only thing I would say is to better mark the step in the bathroom (mind the step type of sign). I could hardly see it as all same colour tiles and almost fell in more than one occasion

We had booked to include breakfast but were told firmly that this was not the case.

Location is amazing, right in the centre of Chiavari. Wi-Fi is stable and good. Room was warm and had good fasilities
Had a mishap on arrival, I did not warn them when I might arrive and therefore nobody was there. However, I called and they very quickly arrived to let me in and organise everything.
Would love to have breakfast included!

We had a problem with the shower, the water didn't run out and we almost flooded the room.

Great patisserie - cafe for breakfast, efficient air conditioning, good bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, strong wi-fi connection, kind and prompt staff: all that a working traveler needs.
I tripped twice on a little step in the bathroom: perhaps a warning signal of that unexpected gap would greatly help prevent incidents

No staff at the entrance at (almost) any time, being busy dealing with bar customers next to the hotel. Keys left on the desk at the reception free for anyone to take em without anyone noticing
