all properties was dirty

It's very clean and budget friendly and also in prime location.

Comparatively smaller rooms but in this budget it's okay.

The bed was to hard, and uppon request to have another blanket it was not provided. The place was also not so clean they could do much better to maintain the place good.

owner will continues spam your inbox and spam call you for the payment every hour!!! even if you stay there he will call and ask for the remaining payment Everytime.. as if we will run away without giving him the remaining money.. staff was also not coperative.. heater is not available location is pretty bad bad experience…

Staying in ever green guest House is good....

A simple guesthouse, practic in its design yet completely serviceable and a just few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Bazaar (which can go both ways for people because of the noise and crowd). Felt a bit like a small communal place, but I guess it also depends on the other guests staying in the guesthouse at the time. Vinod the owner can help arrange whichever transportation ticket you want and provide a taxi service from and to the airport. We've even had some interesting conversations about our different cultures, life, and so and so.

The bed was a bit too rigid and bathroom needed a little maintenance, perhaps a mosquito net on the little window? All in all not many complaints.

They provided me night time assistance from New Delhi Railway station to reach the Guest house safely and staff was in touch with me. Furthermore, Room & Bathroom were clean. I slept comfortably. Therefore, I recommend to others to stay there. You will feel like home.

It was OK in terms of a local neighbourhood in the Pahar Gange area... and the place was clean enough with good bathroom

The big thing for me was that the fan (which was necessary) was so bloody noisy that it ruined my sleep... This to me is BASIC for tourists.. specially when arriving off a long flight. Get it sorted Ever Green... really The other thing was while the owner was friendly enough he a) claimed that the cheaper room I had booked was not available and therefore I was in a more expensive room (I paid only a little bit more... I was tough about that) and b) he then had to move me to another room which was STILL not the cheaper room and was hassling me for a higher price (I agreed to a little bit more).

The host was very friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to any questions. They also let us do check in earlier which was a huge benefit because we were very tired that morning. I also gotta say that the pictures are very accurate compared to the room we got.

They could improve the cleanliness of the toilet

Nice, there are enough breakfast outlets.

Bedsheets are not upto mark. They should clean that, if need dry clean.
