The rooms were very nice. 24 hour hot water
Staff are very polite
Specially Himanshu and Pankaj were always there to help us to guide us and make our stay easier.
We did not face any problem and recommend others to come with their family and stay here it is very safe and valuable for money..

Good place to stay if you have a car. Easy access to the highway is also a bonus.
It looked dicey at first when we first saw it because it was difficult to locate at a glance.

Staff was unresponsive, not willing to talk.. room service telephone was not responsive.. geyser was not working even in morning time no one was there to attend the issue.
Demanded cash when i offered to pay in fab hotels application.
Food facility was not there.
