Beds were worn out.
A/C only operated at a high and loud pitch, disturbing sleep
Some bathroom surfaces stained and not properly cleaned.

Convenient location on the mainland with easier and quicker access to the airport. The breakfast was amazing, with many options to choose from.
Old building. Some of the rooms have one problem or another (e.g., leaking water, bad door, etc.). They staff were not very responsive - you have to call many times before help comes.
