This property is minutes from everything in Florence. Cindy and Claudio welcomed us in person and even had a few groceries for us. The apartment is beautiful but it does have many steps to the front door and also inside so if you have trouble with steps be warned. Otherwise it is a fun place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The space is beautiful, the location was perfect, and the host was super responsive!

The place is truly amazing. The space you have for a family of four is immense. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved the space they had up the curved stairs. Claudio was great to meet and welcome us. He showed us everything and gave us some tips on where and where not to go. We were treated to fresh cold water, eggs, cheese bread and coffee on our arrival. He even arranged a Taxi for us on our last day to pick us up. There is a bar down stairs not associated with the building you are in just part of the main plaza you look out. There is noise but the apartment is solid stone and brick walls. With the windows closed each night it did not bother us at all and to me made the area more lively. We will def look to stay here again.

Property is just as described and better. Claudio met us at the property and was wonderful at helping us and explaining the property. Highly recommend staying here! Perfect location to walk to everything.

Quality apartment...clean...modern...great bathrooms....proper kitchen....a little noisy because of bar downstairs....but would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment. Modern fixtures and furniture mixed with the stylish brick is stunning. We had everything we needed. There were four of us and it felt we had our own private areas. The outside patio was a bonus. We were checked in by Sandy and she was great. A few things stocked in the fridge was much appreciated. Thank you Pier.

We had a week stay at Stone walls. It was perfect for our family of adults. Everything that you need provided in kitchen and just as shown in photos for rooms.

This apartment is as pictured/described - uniquely and functionally designed with all the necessities to feel at home. Living room space, views of the piazza and steam shower were definite highlights for our stay. Beds and pillows could be upgraded as they weren’t the most comfortable but everything else was fantastic so still 5 stars. Hosts were easy to reach and informative.

Everything about this place was enjoyable. The communication and support from everyone involved was great. I woud stay here again for sure.

The host was amazing! From the little things in the refrigerator to the ease of communication! This property was exactly as described and better than the pictures. We would recommend it and can’t wait to return! Location and cleanliness were 5 stars!

The property is as pictured, beautiful and clean. Sandy and her son exceptional, and thoughtful. Easy to contact. The apartment is multilevel, but also located up two flights of stairs. My elderly mother felt each step was worth it. :) Apartment is easy to access from the street. Food all around, grocery, and late night food too. Easy to walk to popular sights for art, and shopping. We only used taxi when we had luggage to haul. I will definitely stay here again. Side note: our luggage was lost, flights cancelled and our arrival became later as the day progressed. I mentioned luggage being lost to Sandy as we were taxied over. Before we arrived she had already provided essentials, including breakfast because our night was so late. She made an extremely challenging day feel a little less horrible. I am so very thankful for her kindness. Also…Netflix and Prime and wifi available! Enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Very modern space. Beds were comfortable. Note that they are 2 twins pushed together for both beds - so don't plan to sleep in the middle. We did have a mosquito issue as we had windows open the first night and did not know that it would be an issue in the city - so beware! The spiral staircase up to the second bedroom is a little interesting - my 30 year old niece slept up there, but not sure older/unsteady folks would enjoy going up and down. The showers were great - the bathrooms very well appointed. The welcome food and prosecco was very nice. Communication was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment is perfectly appointed for any length of stay and is centrally located. Our host was super helpful and super gracious. When we return to Florence we hope to stay here again.

The property is very cool but a little challenging. The spiral staircase is super steep and not for the faint hearted. A fabulously central location but above a bar/club so noise into the night. Very well equipped space and thoughtful hosting with lovely welcome pack.

We had the best time in Florence! From the first step of booking the rental until check-out, everything was effortless. This property is in the absolute BEST location - we walked everywhere and enjoyed so many local spots. The host was wonderful and very helpful with suggestions and even arranged transportation to the train station for us. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is as listed. Beautifully redone, spotless clean, modern updates with respect to the past. The location is fantastic, so close to the Duomo and all the other sites. Sooo many restaurants nearby! Hard to choose one! We loved having the availability of the washer and dryer with detergent supplied. The only drawbacks I could say are towels are sparse. No extra towels for the second bathroom. The steam shower was not working. It did work as a regular shower. If you have mobility issues you should read the description and look at pictures carefully. There is a metal spiral staircase to the second bedroom. It is beautiful but would be challenging for some. Sandy was fabulous checking us in and providing recommendations. She made us dinner reservations and arranged a taxi for our departure day. Was quick to respond. All in all, this is a beautiful Florence apartment , well located, with great interactions with host!

First off, this place is exactly what it claims to be. Modern remodel of an old building. Very close to most of Florence tourist highlights. Walking distance to so much. The place was super comfortable and convenient. We especially liked being able to do laundry here as this was the midway point of our two week vacation. Florence is amazing, and this is an amazing place to stay right in the heart of it all.

Place was very modern and in a safe close location to everything. Sandy was an amazing host and very attentive to all of our needs. Even allowed extra time as needed for departure and arranged cab to train station Our only complaint was that our vacation had to end !!!!!!

This property was amazing . Couldn’t have asked for a better location -minutes from the Duomo -shopping and lots of restaurants . Sandi was outstanding-providing restaurant recommendations -meeting our needs during our stay . Loved being able to look down into the square and people watch . Would absolutely recommend this property. A couple tips -might have been nice to have more than one towel each (there were 4 of us) as the dryer didn’t work particularly well so drying laundry was a bit of a challenge. Also -tho it wasn’t an issue for us -the inside spiral staircase to the bedroom that didn’t have an ensuite might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues . All in all a wonderful experience:))

The photo's are accurate. The space is spotless. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing in sort distance. We were able to visit everything on our list within easy walking distance although there was public transport fight outside the door., But probably the biggest plus was Claudio, the son of the property manager Michelangelo. Michelangelo contacted us a few days before arrival to arrange meeting at the apartment and check in. Claudio was there to greet us, carried our bags up the stairs and explained the functioning of all the applicances and the blue tooth speakers which were amazing. Music over coffee in the mornings with an excellent espresso machine and plenty of coffee capsules. Breakfast, enough for a few days, was already in the chiller. Claudio was kind enought to make restaurant reservations for us and his local favorites, all within walking distance. But most importantly, he made taxi reservations for us to the train station on day of departure so we would not have to walk to the taxi stand some 7 minutes away. He made our holiday special. Not to be missed: the central market, Uffizi gallery (buy tickets in advance!) Ponte Vecchio, Duomo (also get tickets in advance!). Just past the Ponte Vecchio, on the Uffizi side of the river is a wonderful hotel with a very comfortable outdoor seating area for coffee and drinks. It was one of the nicest places we ever rented and would return anytime we visit Florence. Florence is a city everyone should visit at least once in thier lifetime.

Fantastic modern updated apartment, however some issues with access to the apartment. Two flights of concrete very steep stairs made it difficult to get in and out of the apartment. My suggestion would be any guest over 60 years old should consider the two flights of stairs. Also second floor bedroom, in my opinion, as an unsafe platform. It is an open area with no safety railings which my wife dangerous.

Nice blend of old building w/modern conveniences located centrally. It was clean, check in & out was done professionally. Would stay here again!!

The apartment was perfect. Air conditioning was needed in our time in Florence as it was so hot, such a great relief. The apartment managers were so helpful, they arranged our taxi to the airport, carried our bags up the stairs, and stocked the fridge with a bottle of wine, and some breakfast items. They really went above and beyond. Beds were comfy too. Such a good experience.

I can not say enough positives about the property, location and the way we were treated. Excellent from start to finish. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Communication was great. It was a perfect home away from home for our family.

We had a great stay this week in Florence. The apartment is as good as it looks in the pictures. The location is just a couple minutes walk from the Duomo. Check-in and communication were amazing. Claudio met us at the apartment and walked us through the unit. There were also some groceries already in the fridge. Thoughtful touches like that are indicative of the quality of the stay.

Overall, excellent experience! Only complaint was that steam shower and Bluetooth connection to the shower didn’t work, but this did not negatively affect our stay in any way. Fantastic property!

This is an amazing apartment in a terrific location minutes from the Duomo. The apartment is completely redone and has all the moderen amenities. It was so cool to be able to connect our music to the bluetooth system. We were a family of four- my wife and our adult children. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we loved everthing about this apartment. Pier was a pleasure to work with. He had arranged for his associte Sandy to greet us, check us in, and explain how everthing worked. There was a bottle of procesco waiting for us in the refrigerator, along with juices, water, eggs and other staples to get us started. This welcome gesture epitomizes the personal care that we experienced while staying here. What a wonderful place!

This was such a beautiful place to stay in. It was in a great location; about a block from the Duomo. There are many shops and eateries nearby (in fact, the balcony looks over a tiny square—it’s quite lovely) and everything is in walking distance. The apartment itself is very modern. Don’t be fooled by the entrance/exterior and the brick walls (which were lovely). Boasting heating/cooling systems that work through the floors, a kitchen decked out in stainless steel bathrooms with integrated sound and lighting control, it really does lend a sleek feel to an aged property. The apartment is virtually sound proof when sealed, the shutters block out all light when closed. You should sleep comfortably. The apartment is fully stocked, even with detergent and laundry supplies. Check in process is very easy and Sandy did a fabulous job of providing recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect. She was available almost any time I contacted her. Such a pleasure to communicate with her. My most important metric for gauging the quality of a stay is generally the value I get from it; the more it costs per night, the more I expect from it, and this apartment did not fall short by any stretch. Perfect.
