Our host warmly lend us his tools to open our suitcase when we feared we had lost the key to it. But we managed to find the key later. His willingness to help gave us great comfort knowing we had a friendly host should anything happened.

resident manager speaks no English and if you need something after 4 pm forget it. I needed extra blanket and waited until my last night to get it. also not friendly about a late checkout

Mike was an exceptional host, and communicated well and was there to met us on arrival. He just made everything easy and was super kind ensuring we got away early with the taxi he organised.

The location is superb and the property manager is second to none…always helpful…it is downtown right in the middle of the action…we really enjoyed our stay.

Very huge place with a luxurious toilet. Way more room than we needed, very nice and clean.
No reception so if you arrive early you can't leave your bags anywhere. But that being said, the host did try his best to come find us as soon as he could.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, the jacuzzi bath tub was perfect! Very cosy, warm, clean and lovely interior. Highly recommend.

Apartment was wonderful. two beds, kitchen, large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. property was very clean! And in a prime location on the same street as many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Mike was great with communication!! he let us store our bags on-site since we arrived early and let us store when we had a later departure. He is so great! highly recommend this location and Mike as the host.

mike was very responsive and helpful, great communication. property is in prime location right on the “strip”. many cafes, shops, restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed.

I stayed with my gf and we loved the place, cozy, perfectly located, all the facilities you need (hairdryer, kitchen, fridge, microwave, water heater, cold and hot water in all the taps, some tea and sugar, more than enough toilet paper and towels etc) in an apartment! It was clean and everything worked perfectly fine! The jacuzzi was the cherry on the pie! If we come back we will definitely choose it again! Also Mike who was in charge of the apartment gave us a super warming welcome and helped us quick when we had a little inconvenience!

the apartment was very central to the main parts of Ushuaia.
The view of sea was a corner between buildings mostly obscured by dangling electric cables. The wifi dipped in and out but that may have been city wide. It cost significantly more than quoted on the booking.com website. Not sure what exchange rate they were using.
