colazione abbondante e ottima, la location buono, abbiamo avuto semi vista mare ma era meglio non averla che il loro giardino dietro è molto bello e ci sta meno vento, piscine belle solo fredde che non riscaldate

ci sono state alcune incomprensioni sulla pulizia delle camere che a causa del tempo stavamo in camera e gli abbiamo detto in inglese di passare ma o passavo molto più tardi o un giorno non è passata, cambiava solo asciugamani e rifaceva il letto, le lenzuole e i capotti erano gli stessi.

The property was great, no major issues Location was not ideal as it seemed to be a very German resort with no Spanish restaurants. Also not the best for family’s. I travelled with my 12 year old daughter and found the location very adult.

So many drunk Germans in this area. Pool areas closed strictly at 7pm when the sun was still shining. My partner was told off by the reception for walking in without a shirt on (we had just come from the beach) and also told he was not allowed to wear flip flops to the buffet. However we saw many others in there with them on.

Good location, lots of pools to choose from, overall it was a nice hotel with lots of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast/dinner had a big selection of food.

I’d say this is overpriced for what you get. The beds were very hard, the pool chairs were taken every day by people putting their towels there in the early morning and then not arriving until lunch time, the main pool was really cloudy and dirty. The second lift didn’t work for my entire weeks stay (I know this is a once off) but it made getting up and down time consuming.

The pools were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The rooftop pool has a lovely view. communal hotel areas were very clean.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I do think this hotel is maybe a 4*. The room was very run down, limited places to sit by the pool. The lady who greeted me at dinner was extremely rude and made me feel very inadequate. I had someone try to get into my room one night and the morning of me leaving a member of staff just walked into my room at 9am. The nearby area is very run down and the beach was full of rubbish and there was glass everywhere. lots of groups drunk throughout the day so didn’t feel to safe walking around. I wouldn’t recommend half board either.

We orderd family room for three and they said our child was oæder than Booking and we had to pay 700 euros extra!

The interaction of the Ayron Park team is great. Everybody of personal enjoy themselves, are in a good mood. That reflects on the sphere ion the hotel.

Parking near Ayroin Park is not easy. Parking on Ayron Park parking space comes at a cost of € 15 per day. I would expect a 5 star hotel not to charge extra for parking.

Tasty food. Room was clean. 2 min from the beach. 5 swimming pools.

There was nothing to complain about. Outside the high season it was worth the money.

The staff (Maria, the vice manager is very professional and capable 👏 👌 as well as Alejandro and Paolo in the reception 😀 👍 👏 and all the incredible staff in the restaurant starting with the tireless waiters and the incredible jefs doing all an excellent job. Pool area is beautiful and the Hotel is very nicely done.

We stayed in Feb., for off season the location is terrible.... I'm sre it is great in summer but in off season there was absolutly nothing open in the area. Also Restaurant in the hotel was also closed

nothing … just close to the beaches… view from room . everything else is shocking … from the guys at reception to the smell at hotel … bad food and finally that lift …

the breakfast had flying bugs as dinner date … dirty … but this hotel has the ability to be smashing … the cleaners and people with less authority in hotel are better

The room was quite nice and the bed comfortable, but they were not able to deliver on the double bed I request which was a bummer as the twin beds kept separating. The staff was nice and the location was ok, very close to the beach. The breakfast was quite varied and had a lot of options so it was great.

Regarding the breakfast a negative point we observed was that they had set times for its start and end, but they would close and start collecting the food before the time stated for the end of the breakfast time. At times we were still eating and they were already collecting and closing everything which at times felt uncomfortable.

the FOOD was amazing , lots a varieties, fresh and so tasty. dinner and breakfast self service were really really good. all staff are nice but the buffet and the bar staff are so cool :) LOCATION is good , close to sea and shops and restaurants and clubs. 30mins to get to the Palma city by bus.

the POOL were so cold. and also the ceiling shower was not working. water in shower once became so hot so it burned my skin.

the room was delayed and when we got it it was not the one we booked. The did not offer a new one. Tried to tell us this was the only apartment they had. They did offer a cancellation with refund but we were travelling with children and got the room late so this was not really an option. Also it was a money-making hotel rather a friendly feel. ridiculous bath towels system, the nice sun beds cost a lot extra, expensive water, even the luggage scale wanted money. The people working in the pool area/ cafe did a good job in being friendly.
