Paid for a apartment with facilities cooker only had 2 nobs so couldn't use it, so we had to eat out the entire time. holes in bathroom celling, table damaged, holes in wall, floor in hall and bathroom stained, complained to reception and maintenance guy arrived next day but was unable to repair anything apart from patio door. Pool was dirty and could see the floor so unable to use that as didn't want to risk.

Air con didn’t work. Wasn’t cleaned properly.

Location was great with in walking distance to everything but far enough away for family and a bit of quiet. We upgraded to all exclusive food was good with lots of options. All staff very friendly and looked after you well couldn’t fault it really.

Nothing I could complain about to be honest. Very good value.

Reception staff helpful, rooms great. Pull out bed was a little hard to sleep on. Pool and entertainment were also great. Location is excellent, not too close to strip you can hear everything but close enough to walk down to. Ideally situated for beach too. Would definately recommend.

Only thing was balcony door was tempremental to close and noisy from road, people coming home.

Great hotel honestly cant complain considering It worked out around £12pp per night with my friends super friendly staff, 2 minute walk from the beach and about 5-10 mins from the Benidorm Strip

Reported 3 maintenence issues with the room and even though maintenence visited non of the issues was sorted one of which was a faulty kettle that just needed swapping.

The apartments were basic but really clean. The facilities were good and it was in a great location just a few minutes walk to Levante beach.
