Not the first time I am staying already in this hotel. For me - nice location and nice breakfast, basically all what I need. Parking is large.

Long drive to surprise my partner with a cozy weekend at the sauna and pool/ wellness facilities. At arrival, we find out that they are not available due to restoration. When I specifically checked sauna in the search through bookings. Also at arrival we find out that the pool and hot tub are open only 3 h a day from 15 to 18, when check in is from 14 and we arrive at 16. The hotel was almost fully booked due to an event, so the pool and small hot tub was full at all times. Our room might have been cleaned at one point, but not checked in a long time, there were spiders everywhere, the furniture was for outdoor and everything was really cheap and old for a 4 star hotel. Far from the pictures. At the restaurant, one of the members of the staff was really confused and we waited for a long time to place our orders, in the end we ordered food at the bar. Food was good, but overpriced. And the red bottle of wine was fridge cold. We decided to use the gym, as there was no room/ or option for wellness. The machines were very unstable and poorly put together. In the play room most things are old or broken. When I checked out, I tried to explain the reception that I don't think it's fair to pay for facilities that were not available and that we were not informed about it all priorly, he insisted there is nothing to do and I have to take it with Bookings and pay full price. After being in contact with bookings, they say it's the hotel who is responsible. So I've been sent back and forth. In the end I was disappointed with our stay. Due to the reviews of this place, I had high expectations.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating! Love that they have bicycles available there to rent! This made for an awesome way to tour town every day! We also loved the breakfast, the live entertainment in the evenings, and the convenient location-close to the rail, close to town, and beautiful grounds! Warmly can recommend this hotel.

Superior rooms are spacious and nice heated outside pool and whirlpool. Restaurant was serving very tasteful menu.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 regulation, sauna and fitness were not open yet.

Staff were excellent.

For price room was small and had no kettle.

Please notice the sauna is closed. Take your COVID negative test everywhere with you. They ask multiple times. With breakfast - on the bar - by entrance reception. It’s a bit of a negative experience and not at all feeling comfortable. We booked two beds in one room and there was only 1 towel. There is no airco in the small rooms and opening the window was inviting the muskitos. To be honest it’s overpriced also the cocktail om the bar.

Good enough breakfast. Nice parking place, nice location of the hotel. Check-in desk works at night, this was important for me, because I did not know exactly at what time I would arrive, but I arrived at about midnight, if I remember correct.

In general, I can't say much, because I stayed for one night during my working trip in that area. So, I arrived very late and departed early as well.
