The location is nice and everything was quite clean. It has just had a makeover in some parts of the building. Staff was very nice and attentive.

I cannot fathom how this is a 4 star hotel. If it were a 2 star, my review would be 100% favorable. However, since it is a 4 star I had certain expectations. The rooms are very out of date, even though they've just renovated some part of the hotel, and there is a single thing that feels remotely luxurious. Nice, yes, but not luxurious. The food was reasonably good but everything was overcooked so I can't say that was a real plus either. Listing indicates there is an indoor pool but you have to pay extra to use it. It was a great 2 star hotel but a pretty disappointing 4 star.

We love the area and this was a fantastic base for travels, the room was a great size, beds comfy. Balcony in the sun. Nice bar/ reception/pool area calm.

We love this hotel. Our room has a beautiful ocean view. The beds are very comfy. It’s low season so the town is quiet. A bit cold to use the pool but pleasant enough to tan. Great water pressure in the shower with lots of hot water. The hotel is super clean. The lobby/bar is very nice. Nice to have a kitchenette.

There is nothing we disliked.

The hotel is nice and clean, well maintained and equipped. the beds were comfy, and we had a really nice massage at the Spa. Breakfast was okay.

we booked half board with breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a big disappointment. The food was low quality, not tasty and poorly made. Can’t recommend dinner at all, the only good thing was the waiter that was apologetic enough. we had a salmon dish, the fish was so hard could barely put the fork on it. my sister had a 3 cheese pasta with spinach, there was plenty of cream and oregano and maybe a dash of mozarela, spinach nome in sight, she didn’t eat it, we mentioned it to the waiter, apparently the chef forgot to tell the spinach was over…

Staff members were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The is a nice bar in the lobby. Nearby there are a few shops, restaurants, bars, and, of course, the beach. In the room, you can find all the kitchen appliances, air conditioning, and so on. In our room, we also had a cute balcony.

The first thing that caught my attention when entering the room was a filthy window, It had no impact on the stay but visually was not pleasant. The bigger problem was that in the bathroom there was a fresh black mould on the ceiling and tiles. The staff at reception said that they will send a cleaning lady, and indeed, when we came back to the room, there was a distinctive smell of chlorine in the bathroom, but the mould was still there. I know that a few weeks before, there was a heavy rainfall in all Albufeira, but I think that it could be cleaned before our arrival. Another thing that I would suggest to improve is cleaning supplies for the kitchen. The cleaning staff don't clean your plates and cups for you, which is fine. But in our room, there were no sponges or dish soap, which might be nice to have, so guests don't need to buy it themselves. The floor at the balcony surprised me, but this is a construction issue, I guess. It was raining a few times, and when you come to the balcony you step in the puddle of water directly, because even though there is a drainage pipe, it is on the other side of the wall, and because the balcony floor has an incline towards the door, the drainage is not very helpful.

The suit was bigger than expected and the mini kitchen was well equipped Breakfast was a full English buffet Shops, bars, restaurants near by Just a 8 minute drive to the old town and private beach 10 min walk away

Room is very comfortable, small kitchen with all necessary. Small SPA is very small but working for additional price.

For the first week of stay, the housekeeping staff did not clean the rooms, were needed to call the reception to ask to change towels and clean up the room. For the second week housekeeping staff were changed and everything was perfect and clean. We have visited the Christmas dinner, was really disappointed. Food was nice but the service and atmosphere wasn’t. They didn’t even put the music on, was so much boring.
