Friendly family hotel. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and free car park. In pleasant walking distance of the lakes and castles (around 25 minutes) so you don't have to use a car. There are also local buses.

If possible, it would be nice to have a little more choice of dishes on the dinner menu, and the availability of tap water in the restaurant, not just bottled water. Bedroom toilet window needs frosted/obscure glass for privacy.

Freindly staff, very clean, very quiet and warm. Very comfortable bed. Very nice and relaxed Hotel. Had a very relaxed and pleasant stay.

Excellent travel accessibility of the hotel, breakfast, nice staff.

1. Given my travel experience, it wasn't hard for me to figure out how to get into an unlit hotel by entering the code at the back entrance. But my doubt is: anyone could read the code in any time, and then get the key. So I was little scared, and then happy no danger was waiting for me when I entered the hotel/room. 2. Upon arrival, the heating was turned off in the room and even in the bathroom. It would be nice to leave the room at least at low temperature controlled before the arrival of the guest. 3. WiFi is slow there.

Nice, comfortably and perfectly located near the Neuschwanstein Castle. Tasty and enough varied breakfeast.

The location of the property;the welcome from the staff; our room was top quality and well appointed with balcony overlooking the two castles in the mountains facing the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices available. Parking was plentiful and Schwangau and Fussen were within an easy 5/10 minute drive. Overall a superb overnight stay, to be highly recommended.

Nothing we didn’t like. Certainly not a complaint, but we would have preferred to have had an evening meal at the hotel rather than have to drive into Fussen.

Very friendly staff. Very near from castle. There is also type 2 charger available to charge electric vehicles.

The view from the room window was amazing, you could see the Neuschwanstein Castle. The location is perfect when visiting the castles. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff was very helpful and willing to accomodate all the requests from our side. The only disappointing thing was the fact that the restaurant was closed during our stay , something that we apparently overlooked at the moment of the booking. Anyway the staff was keen to indicate us an alternative for the dinner and to book a table for us. Rooms were correct, clean, simple. No elevator. Breakfast very good.
