Locafion and staff were wonderful. Right on the beach with a very nice pool and bar area to eat and drink. Breakfast area is great. Meals were great too all day. As is the value of the drink and food menu.

We had a nice Fairly new room. Unfortunately the curtains and shading of the balcony window were not working property. A microwave in the room would be really nice. It would be awesome if it had a little general store too. The frontage road to the hotel needs some majore cleanup and repairs.

the family suites need some up grading but were spacious. we were able to cook there had a stove, silverware, pots and pans and refrigerator

The view was spectacular and the room was nice but we had one of the new ones.

Exactly half the property is under construction. There is no coffee provided for the coffee maker and the location is very hard to get to. We did not have a bedspread for the first 3 days and had to buy a blanket. And there was a used soap on the sink when we got there. Also, no room service, which I knew, but really missed on those days where we were exhausted.

The resort was very nice. The staff was exception.

The pool was too warm for my liking. The only drawback to Vista Vallarta is the noise from the highway.

The first room.they gave is was horrible , smelled, was extremely dated.had one tv station and it.was spanish, there was no power in the room.we had to go outside and turn.on.all the circuit breakers. After 15 minute discussion about refind they finally showed us a Premium room which is the one.they use for advertisements ot was okay. For the pri e you pay it was barely worth it . The location is way out and there are no stores or.servocea close . Summary is not worth what they are asking this is an old.dated resort.

The location of this place is Perfect. It is not overly busy or crowded and minimal vendors. The staff are great. The pool and the grounds are excellent.

The whole suite needs a total upgrade.

Being a family hotel,I expected loud children at the pool. Unfortunately there was one family that screamed constantly and nothing was done by management to address this no matter how many complaints. I guess earplugs are the only way to enjoy the lovely pool.....

The staff was excellant

Great beachfront location, spacious suites, awesome views, very friendly staff, good little restaurant, clean throughout. Would definitely recommend, especially for families. I have stayed on multiple trips and is always great!

Living room furniture is not very comfortable. Wifi works but is not strong enough.

The location on the beach was fabulous and the suites are huge. It's nice that there is a restaurant with a bar on site. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff was very friendly.

There doesn't seem to be a quiet hour on the property as there were people talking loud until 2 a.m. by the swimming pool. This property caters to families with small children, so as a couple we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Also, the location is pretty far from central Bucerias so we had to take a taxi.

Everything was perfect!

My experience was amazing the staff were amazing very friendly the food was excellent and the view takes the breath away, waking up with the view of the ocean it’s just a beautiful experience, when I come back I would definitely come back again over here 😊 thank you for making my vacations a life time experience.
