Location
The door in one of the rooms was broken. Water was going out on the floor all the time. They said one of the clients had broken it.
But why they offer this room to the clients.
We asked the hotel for a discount for this inconvenience but they refused.
It's very disappointing experience.
We will never stay or advise this hotel to others.

Tutto, l'hotel è attaccato alla metro che ti porta dritto in centro in 10 minuti.
Il personale gentilissimo e una super cameriera che ci ha servito un cappuccino ottimo e prodotti senza glutine mentre per chi può mangiare normale la colazione e ricca di dolce e salato con fornetto per i tost e super croissant.
Offre un cortile con parcheggio auto, tavolini e gazebo per poter chiacchierare all'aperto.
Camere molto pulite e grandi.
Sicuramente ci torneremo.
Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto del tutto personale direi un po il letto

Walking distance to the tram into Florence. Plenty of parking if you have a car and don't want to drive into Florence center.
Rooms are old, and need of repair, blind in our room did not open. Paint is old and damaged. WiFi is bad in the room we were in. Entire hotel and its facilities need an overhaul and to be properly cleaned. Attention to detail is nonexistent.

The walls were so thin you could hear everything around you all night long. Very old hotel in not such a good condition.

Shower was good, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly.
Wifi was shocking. My kids couldn't get Wifi in their room so had to sit in the corridor or go down stairs to the lobby. In my room it kept going on and off so it was very annoying and I had to join my kids in the lobby.

Pillow was terrible, building very old and the elevator seemed to be dangerous.

BF is fine, average quality. The lady who was with us, made us coffee and tea is nice, lively, cheerful and helpful. Parking space is sufficient. The location of the hotel is quite good.
The room and facility is very basic. It would be good to have a bit of more space and the glass instead of plastic cup. Anyway, this is understandable during the COVID19 period.

Tax was not mentioned on booking app it said all tax uncluding in the price yet they asked for 18euros tax additional
Room had a door seperator with the next room which will be a problem if we were to have loud next door guests.
Balcony was declined and too scary to stand on

Safe carpark. Great dinner in restaurant. Helpful staff. Good comunication with old town. Clean rooms.
Hotel rooms need renovation as well as lobby.

Breakfast was good, Hotel staff was good, parking was good, housekeeping was good, the only thing is that the room being offered should be the same as shown in picture. If we select single then single rooms should appear with pictures for selection.
