The male receptionist upon arrival is wonderful, he is the main reason we returned for a second stay.
He upgraded our room.
The food in the cafeteria was good when we eventually got served.
The female staff in the restaurant are surly & unfriendly & clearly don’t like the British.
As they didn’t speak English they made no attempt to interact with us.

A superb hotel in fantastic location. We paid for a deluxe room with balcony and had the most amazing sea view and lovely large balcony. Room was fabulous, breakfast buffet perfect, varied and plentiful. Reception staff were very helpful and all spoke good English as sadly our Spanish isn’t good. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

La ubicación, la amplitud tanto de la habitación como del baño, la tranquilidad ya que no se oía nada y la limpieza. Mención especial a la persona que nos atendió en recepción el cual se mostró muy amable, haciéndonos varias recomendaciones de sitios para cenar e incluso gestionándonos una reserva

Tuve un problema con una reserva hecha automaticamente y por error mediante la app, dado que yo ya estaba alojada en el hotel y no quisieron abonarme ni una parte de la reserva. Estancia agridulce.

Vistas al Mar. Camada extremadamente comodas. Agua y cafe de cortesia cada dia. Smart-Tv en la habitacion. Habitaciones amplias y con suficiente espacio para todo nuestro equipaje. Caja de seguridad en el armario
La calefaccion, si bien es correcta, se encuentra al lado de la puerta, que hace que tarde en subir la temperatura en la habitacion. La ducha no tiene suelo antideslizante, asi que humedo resbala, andad con precaucion

Carlos on reception was very friendly and pleasant
Got charged for breakfast when we only had a coffee. Morning receptionist was very grumpy, unhelpful and pretty rude. There were hairs from previous guests in our room, on the bedside table and in the bath.

Accessible room was welcome but it lacks grab rails in the shower and also the tiles in the shower area should be non slip. Grab rails around the toilet should also be considered
