Great location!

Ground floor room with no fan and no AC. Flies and mosquitos were issue when opened window, plus window was easily accessible from the outside.

Easy to get to. Clean.

Third time I have stayed there. Always been very good. Friendly & helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Very good location and secure parking for motorcycle.

Painting the dark panelling in the bedroom would make a huge difference to the rather gloomy room.

Excellent hotel right on the Camino! I loved that I had control of heat or air for my room. I hate to be cold so it was great to put on the heat. It is not in the center of town but still close enough to everything.

Reception representative was friendly and informative...hotel is well maintained, room was a decent size, shower was great.

It's a 4 star hotel but parts of it are dated and are more akin to a 2 star hotel

Huge property with many many rooms. Room appears dated, but is clean. Bathroom is excellent. Close to the best part of Comillas. We had the best omelette of our trip here. Receptionist was kind to do our dinner reservations.

If you want a negative.....I can say breakfast spread. But that is for the sake of complaining.

The attentions in the restaurant deserve a special mention; the dinner and breakfast were on point, quality and variety.

Exaggerated policy about Covid-19. The staff seems to be scared to death about the virus, or is about their boss? The bar was still closed, at breakfast we were not allowed to go the buffet. This is the first and only hotel we visited that is so rigid with its policy. Quite some noise from the road and other rooms. Ear plugs are advised.

It is a pleasant hotel in a fantastic location in a lovely town. The Spanish reviews were a better reflection of the hotel than the uk ones - I’m not sure if this because uk customers don’t like to be critical and are used to small rooms! The staff were amazing but the hotel itself is a three star hotel at best which means that it is not good value for money. The rooms are small, dark and dated and you can hear the Loos flushing in other rooms! We paid £200 a night without breakfast and, as above, I feel that we were rather ripped off .
