They offer indoor parking for 15€/day even with charging station for 20 € extra, but very slow, only 3 kWh so it took me 31 hours to charge my car fully. We took see view room which was amazing, even one night there was a concert on the promenade so we can enjoy it from the terrace. For 50€/day we also rented a tent on the beach from the reception. We took half board and it was very nice experience in the sky restaurant with very good food selection.
The roof pool was rather small and not so modern. We missed first day dinner as nobody told us that we have to choose our menu till 12:00 and we arrived late as checking is anyway from 14:00. They have some fancy shower, with a lot's of buttons for massage, but it's very small. I have only 85kg, but I was barely able to fit there.

Wonderful people and service!!! Thank you so much 💖
3.0
The location and the view.
The hotel itself is very disappointing, beautiful location in the city center, but the maintenance of the hotel is very poor. Mold on the corridor wall, old dangerous elevator, broken toiletseat, broken tap in the bathroom, coakcroach in the bad, rusty table on the terrace, dirty swimmingpool... Never again this hotel... Only the staff was nice.

Breakfest was kinda nice.
Aircondition wasn’t funktioning properly, the bathroom equipment was old, there wasn’t enough parking space and the receptionist was unfriendly.

downtown hotel, everything is close, but it has no more positive sides
I have never seen such a dirty hotel.
soaked wall, it was already yellow. the terrace was not cleaned, the tiles were dirty, a cable was hanging from behind the mirror, we had to speak about the toilet paper. air conditioning, ventilation is disgustingly dirty.
months of dirt could be discovered on the breakfast lamps. dusty serving shelves.
The gym is disgusting, the pool on the roof also leaves something to be desired etc.
NOT a recommended hotel

Nice hotel with a wonderful view at the sea. So close to the old town. The pool was great, kids loved very much

One of the best locations in town, 2 minutes to the beach. Sea views directly from balcony. Friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms. Parking lot (note it is subject of extra charges 15€ and you must book it in advance). Roof top swimming pool (5*) with bar (5*). Depth 1m, so kids can swim and play (for 1-2hours after the whole day on the beach it's ok). Rooftop pool was why we booked this hotel and if the pool wasnt there, the room rates would be absolutely outraged. Very good breakfast with view to one of the squares.
Equipment of the room was from early 2000's (even when clean and maintained). The second bed in the familly suit was barely for kids (you can get much better foldable couch nowadays). To make long story short, the room rates does not match the quality of hotel. Location+rooftop pool with views is fine, but not worth 275€/night, when you can get comparable accomodation nearby for 150€/night(with pool inside).

Wonderful location in the middle of all the action. Great staff and super breakfast
Room could do with some minor maintenance tasks

Wonderful position in Grado, staff kind and professional, especially Igor who works in the garage.
Wonderful view from the swimming pool area.
Generally, Grado as a small maritime town is very beautiful and was a discovery for us.
Water in the swimming pool was very cold.
Very crowded at the swimming pool.
Our room, 601a, was quite small for a 4 star hotel ( at the same time, the terrace was huge, much much bigger than in most hotels of similar rank)

Near the city center, car parking possibility. Swimming pool at the roof (but with cold water).
I have paid 650 EUR/night for something called „paradise suite“ („Superior appartment“ on Booking) and have got something what is looking like 2-3 stars hole. Whith pillar in the middle of living room. With bedroom without any shelf or cabinet. With clogged bidet. Whith demaged equipment. With poor breakfeast. And I also does not understand, why must the car leave the parking place will 11 o’clock at the check out day? Just because. Sorry, but that is not 4 stars standard far a way …

- The cleaners tried did their best.
- No need to go a second time
The smell in the room was terrible. The drain was broken and we had to keep the balcony door open at night. We pointed out the smell, but the problem was not cleaning but something much more.
We have stayed in about 15 different hotels several times in Grado and this was the first disappointing.
This hotel earns three stars (naturally without any odor nuisance)

centrally located, close to the sea.
roof pool with a Restaurant

Location is great, however relatively noisy. The pool on the rooftop is nice.
The rooms are noisy, the hot-water boiler is making noise, the heating system is loud and we woke up several times in the night - this needs to be fixed immediately. The shower / bathtub combo is a bit outdated.

Beautiful view from the room, excellent breakfast
Bed was a bit soft

Breakfast, rooftop bar and pool, balcony in each room with amazing view, bicycles for free for hotel guest.
Reserved suite, when arrived at the hotel, they checked us in at disabled room, wasn't comfortable at all (shower were licking at the floor), so asked to change the room. Because of the high occupancy they were unable to change it for the same category, but thanks to the front office manager, they upgrade to higher category for the same price. Thanks for making our stay better.
