Fab location and a really relaxing hotel

Location plus bed was so comfy.

Comfortable and clean in a great location. Large bathroom and overall decor is excellent. The cafe is excellent with top quality food served. The Roast Chicken sandwich is highly recommended.

The room only rate is a little expensive.

Some rooms have view on alleyway to the parking.

Staff were exceptional, Breakfast superb. If I could have bought the bed - I would have it was so comfortable. Ideally located with ample parking. Room was clean, well appointed with everything you would need.

I missed not having a swimming pool but I knew that when I was booking - just no alternatives available. We went for a hike on Saturday and would have loved a soak in a bath afterwards, but we only had a shower ensuite.

Friendly staff, piano bar, restaurant, decor and the best linen! Divine!

Wonderful staff, immaculately clean, wonderful location.

The hotel is located right downtown which is why we selected it. I found it somewhat pricy but with the addition of parking and the location, it was worth it for us. The beds were very comfortable and the room very nice. The breakfast (additional charge) was excellent and the young gentleman who served us both mornings (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) was so nice and remembered what we had ordered the previous morning. They have a lovely lounge/bar area also. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Excellent location and extremely friendly and professional staff. The hotel has had a recent refurbishment and definitely exudes a mix of modern and old charm. Loved it!

Firstly everyone was amazing, from before our stay, to the time we left. Nothing was to much bother and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb! Bed and pillows very comfortable
