Jag bokade detta rum för mina 2 döttrar, sammanlagt 16 nätter. Storleken på rummet var bra, men var mycket smutsigt. Efter ett par dagar var det myror i sängen. På 16 dagar städade man rummet, 2 gånger efter att tjejerna bad om det. Inte 1 gång kom man och erbjöd städning. Sista 3 dagarna fick de varken vatten eller toalettpapper. Frukosten var ok, om man gillar ägg och thailändsk mat till frukost. Ingen yoggi eller cereal.

Städningen var under all kritik. Kommit till Koh chang sedan 2013 och aldrig varit med om så dålig service med rummet.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr ruhig, aber schon mit ein paar Metern gehen, im Zentrum.

Bettwäsche mit löchern und beschädigte Badetücher. Frühstück war zwar ergiebig, könnte aber mehr Abwechslung vertragen

Location is good. On the beach with not much people and very clean. Have fsciltiy for 🛶 and play Elephant..

Room and toilet is not clean,mentioned have tea kattel in the room but not there. No hanger, no hand soap, not much sockets, furnitures in very bad condition, AC not cooling sufficient

We have booked gardenview to our room but it was a building place for new hotelbuildings All over 1 m from balcony Balcony without any furniture No place for wet bathingclothes and towels Water had a bad metallic smell No swimmingpool We almost forget it was Thailand land of smile Not many og the staff gave a smile It looks like a hotel just running it down Too expensive for what you get
