The location of the hotel is excellent with everything close by. The hotel staff and the Chef were brilliant and we want to compliment them on their etiquette and friendliness. Special thanks to both Ms. JHANSI and Ms. SINDHU who were ever so helpful and always with a smile and Vanakam greeting. Mr. JOHN from the front desk also was very kind and caring. To be honest the staff including the doorman and the concierge boys were good. Five stars to the staff. Coming back soon 😊

The hotel ambience was good. It was well maintained and the facilities given were quite good. Staff were polite. Easily accessible to the main town.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel was in a quiet location of the city with a beautiful mountain view. The professionalism of the staff was quite remarkable with in addition this kindness which is specific to India
Everything was very good. Maybe we could wait until dishes could be served hot enough, when it was necessary, in the restaurant.

Not worth the price. No automatic temp control . Bathrooms are dated and had many small issues.
Water from 3 different bottles tested different. What room I had there was window facing to wall of a resort. There are no activities so its a hotel not resort.
Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is also good.
