La ubicación, que permitió quedarme cerca de mis actividades,
Tener desayuno incluido, aunque sin tener muchas elecciones y variedades.
Tener una sala de gym, aunque maquinas no funcionabas.
Se ve antiguo, sin renovación.
Cuarto sucio, el primero con olor a caño.
Sistema de aire muy antiguo, y sin tener ventana para aire.
No hubo servicio de limpieza,
No se tenía WIFI lo cual impedía realizar actividades profesionales.

El desayuno, parecía bien, sin estar espectacular mejor q el típico desayuno americano. Pero mi mamá y yo. Nos enfermamos del estómago, nos hizo daño el desayuno, solo x eso no volvería. Aunque, en general estaba bien.
La regadera, el agua a buena temperatura pero la salida del agu de la regadera muy mala, tan abierto el chorro q era muy difícil enjuagar el shampoo.

It has been recently upgraded, the elevator is kind of old, it makes noises, the internet service is not good, the bellboy (Jorge) is the kindest person in the world, the front desk staff is only there to ask some kind of questions, they are not there to solve any problems.
After our first night there, we were woken up by the kitchen’s smell… the were frying tortillas for breakfast, the pool was out of service due to the heater was not working at all. In my room (203) the A/C was not working at all, so after complaining about this, I was asked to move to other room.

Advertised as having a restaurant but it is only open for breakfast and is a limited menu. No airport shuttle, just ordinary taxi service.

In my opinion it will be nice to have a coffee maker in the room or have in the restaurant area. Also it will be nice to have a microwave in the restaurant area for the customers

Breakfast was great, pool was great, excellent service, comfy beds.
The electricity went out on the street so we didn't have water for 8+ hours and we didn't have electricity for several hours. Those are basic neccesities, they should get a small power plant to avoid circumstances like that.

It was good the location and the pool was clean. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The room was clean.
I couldn't access to the Wi-Fi through the computer though but I can with my phone. It was free, so it was good to have at least that.
