Nice hotel , good gym
CLOSED : I arrived at 4:30 am only to find that it was closed. Banged on the door for aprox. 30 min until the security guy showed up. To their credit They transfered me to their sister hotel which is supposedly more expensive. I booked this hotel because of the kitchen and sauna. I stayed here couple of times many years ago and the hotel was nice and the service good. However, it seems that they forgot that they are in the hospitality business: at the Casa Grande , food is average, sauna is closed (probably saving energy), staff forget requests, hotel taxi driver (red mitsu) is very rude and arrogant and restaurant staff seemed bothered. Nice hotel but service is poor.
Hotel management tried to make the best from the situation, however I feel that I have to warn other travellers about the poor service.
