Pues ya habia hido anteriormente a ese hotel y siempre venia incluido el desayuno y esta vez no venia incluido y tuvimos que pagarlo aparte de el cobro de la estancia
Que nos dejaron ingresar hasta las tres de la tarde a las habitaciones y nosotros llegamos a las siete de.la mañana

Nothing. Hotel was pretty Bad, not clean, pool was dirty, you can’t go to the beach. The area is pretty bad

great location and very friendly staff-room was very clean and everything worked out well--
breakfast seating area had several cats walking around tables with face infections--plus if we needed a towel for the pool we had to give the front desk our drivers license or passport ,,did not make sense

El servicio de front desk siempre amable y ayudar .The front desk was kind, helpful,courtesy they were super, Real problem-solvers for what they could do. very nice
The pool was in sad condition and the patio in our room we cleaned it when we got there it had cigarette butts and cans. We cleaned it daily.it was mostly people above us that threw stuff.

The bathroom was in need of repair, our room was for 2 adults and one child, and they gave us only one towel

It's a great location right on the beach, with beach access from the hotel. The rooms were nice and big, lots of parking space.
There was a hidden fee for pets. The lady who checked us in, was not very friendly. There was no hand towel for the basin, no foot towel for the shower, so the bathroom floor got really wet, and when we asked for 1 extra towel, the same receptionist what checked us in, gave us a lot of attitude, and she was not helpful towards this small request. The pool looked dirty and green.

Location terrible, unless you are a mexican customs broker, said beach and the beach was full of none desirable, it read view and had nothing pf such, nothing within walking distance other than a convinence store ohhh yes, the TV, looked like a snow storm in Chicago
