Very convenient location. Only 4 minutes from the airport. Very convenient, direct public transportation to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel could benefit from focus on bathrooms cleanness.

It was clean. The staff spoke good English.
The price is too high for the accommodation. It was a little too noisy in the room (the noise was coming from outside and other rooms). There was no transfer to Chopin International Airport, which would be an added bonus.

great distance to the airport, spacious room, 24/7 reception
there was a kettle and sugar but no water, tea or coffee 🙄 also the strange noise but later in the evening it stopped

Sound isolation is horrible, someone on the floor have had a love night and we could all hear it in details 🙈

The room is dusty, pieces of dust hang from the vents of the air conditioner, in the bathroom there is a large open ventilation shaft with pieces of dust...very disappointed, outwardly everything is fine.
