Very clean, got a packed breakfast as we were going to Tikal,room a decent size.

Clubs next door a bit noisy.... but that's not the hotels fault.

They wanted to check us in a simple double room although we paid for an apartment. The apartment was actually across the street and the one at ground level had terrible ventilation. Pictures look amazing but the reality is completely different I am sorry to say… The apartments are also located near a very noisy bar with parties that most of the time end up in arguments and fights - first night the police had to come to put an end to it.

Great location on the island. The rooms are basic but fine and as expected for the price. The pool area is nice with easy access to the restaurant on site. Easy to organise a tour to Tikal at reception.

My only comment is that they need more loungers by the pool. Three isn't enough for the whole hotel. The loungers are also very uncomfortable! The pack lunches that they provide for the tours are not good.

Very polite stuff and great breakfast. Pool and jacuzzi are also a plus. Nicely located just near the lake walking distance from everything on the island.

Apartment is across the otherwise of the street, fine but would have preferred a balcony. Pool is inundated by children so not useable. Food is pretty horrible.

Location in Flores was great, and the price was affordable. Breakfast was okay.

We requested a shuttle from the Flores airport, but then they did not show up when our flight was delayed, so we had to wait 30 minutes, and then the driver said it was included. However, the front desk then charged us full price the next day when we called about the Wifi password. This was a surprise, and at 150Q for three of us, it was twice what it would have cost us to just get a taxi. The room was a bit cramped, and we kept tripping on the raised entrance to the bathroom. It rained hard and the water came in and flooded the entire room and got our luggage wet. We had to request more towels. They do not tell you that they lock the doors after 10pm, so when we came back from dinner, we rang the bell several times but did not get anyone's attention for 5 minutes or more.

The outside facilities, location, staff and food were great.

There wasn’t an electrical outlet anywhere in the room, I had to plug everything in to charge in the bathroom. At one point I was sitting on the toilet video chatting the guy I am dating 😂 The pillows were lacking, the towel was really small it hardly fit my body, the light on the fan didn’t work so the room was dark with no sunlight during the day, the desk wasn’t great. Overall the room itself was lacking and made complete sense as to why their are no pictures of the room. The rest of the facilities were great though.
