Good hotel, the rooftop is beautiful and great use of space. Staff very friendly and happy to help

The staff was very helpful and kind, ready to give information and make recommendations based on preferences. The room was clean and had air conditioning. The location of the accommodation was also ideal when compared to Ulcinj city center or main roads, as they were very noisy and/or blasted music very loudly.

There were no towels in the bathroom. This was quickly handled after we let the staff know, however, while they were clean, you could see they've been used as they had a few stains. The mosquito net was torn at one end, but you couldn't really let the extremely hot outside air in, so it wasn't a problem.

The receptionist was great,polite, informative but selective. Please, do the research about everything they give you information of. There are so many cheaper options and attractive places to visit. DO visit Ada Bojana!

They didn't want to give me a fiscal receipt with the signature and the stamp. They even said they are not in a possession of the stamp. They gave me a piece of paper worth nothing.

The only small complaint, the internet in the rooms must be better.

Everybody was very kindfull! I would like to mention the waiter, who called Dzeman if i remember well. He do his job very honestly with professionalism!!! He is a conscientious man! Thank you all! It was a great Holiday!

We had the best apartment from the hotel , everything very very good . The girl from reception was so helpful and friendly , giving us a lot of information . Jacuzzi from top of the hotel was also available for us for free , one hour with reservation . Parking places underneath of the hotel or outside in the garden .

The apartment was extraordinary clean! And the two ladies, who work at the reception, are super lovely and always willing to answer all questions and requests!

In general hotel is nice, but needs a little bit more care to become a really good. For one night stand it is ok. For longer, not recommended.

Airconditioning was bad, it leaked in the room. We had couple of more problems within the room, nothing too big, but small things.

This apart hotel is phenomenal. The staff is amazing, you feel like you're surrounded with friends. Everyone is very friendly. The food is superb, especially the breakfast. You enjoy the view from the top while having a morning coffee or tea, it's very relaxing. If you're going to eat dinner, I suggest trying squid or baked pasta. The rooms are very clean, you can order cleaning again whenever you want. There is a parking for your car.

The road that leads to the hotel is a bit narrow, if you're not expecting that it might feel a bit inconvenient, but that is nothing to worry about. On the other side, the Long Beach is very near and that is what matters. Ulcinj the city is also very near if you're traveling with your car.

Staff were exceptional and very polite. Helped us with every question. Rooms were clean, although not the same as the photos from Booking (as I could see). Parking. If there is no place in the garage, there is surely place in open parking place where is okay to park too. Location is quite and comfortable. We did not try our breakfast, we decided that we would eat somewhere in the city. Although we did eat lunch at the restaurant, and it is totally okay, classic food. I saw that previous guests say that is expensive, but let me assure you that it is relatively cheap for the rest of Montenegrin coast. In total, I would like to personally thank staff, for their suggestions and help. We had a great time at the restaurant that was suggested by staff. Sorry, did not catch up with your names:(.

I am sure that the jakuzzi on the top is a great idea, but water is a bit dirty to be changed once a day. You do not hear people from top or bottom floor, but door is not soundproofed at all. We would lamps near the bed. We had to turn on big lamps, and it is bright enough not to let you to relax.

Very charming and and super friendly hotel a stone’s throw away from Montenegro’s best beach, the 10,5 km sandy Plaza Velika There are only positive things to say about Residence Apartment Hotel. Everything was impeccable. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly (Benjamin at the reception is an angel). The rooms are bright and tidy and the location is perfect, tranquil yet close to the beach and the restaurants (including Rest. Lovac which is by far the best and oldest in the area). Residence Apartments is highly (!) recommended!
