Host wonderful and great value for money as had everything we needed and a balcony with views.
Good location near beach, cafes and grocery stores 5 km from main town center but easy to walk .

Friendly host. Our room had a very nice terrace with a distant view of the ocean. Good firm bed. Property is very clean.

The host was super friendly. She picked us up and dropped off to the train station for free. The beach was at walking distance and the house was nice and had views over the sea.

Simple, clean comfortable accommodation with a good sized private balcony and sea views. Quiet residential location. Serena is a most friendly and helpful host.

The villa is situated close the sea. So nice from the owner that she offers a free ride to the villa from the train station. Also I was very glad as she offered me a bicycle to ride around as Anzio center is quite far (5km) and local buses go without schedule and not so often. The beach is very long and clean!

Excellent location in walking distance to the sea and eating establishments. Even the train station is a 20-25 mins walk. Walking the adjacent streets was a pleasant experience, admiring the nice houses and gardens.
The room had a lovely balcony with views that extended to the sea and where Serena brought us breakfast every morning.
It also included a small kitchen with a fridge and a few basic utensils, which came in handy for preparing the occasional snack.
It was clean, quiet, and of good value.

All of the above, all we needed for a short stay, bed was enormous and very comfortable.
Serena was very helpful, made us a drink on arrival, provided maps of the area, and gave us local information.
