- Price is attractive
- Nice location in the center of Mauguio, the town is really great
- Staff is kind
- tight corridors in the building
- floor is made of carpeting so there were some surprises (a little bit dirty)
- Gets really hot/moist in the room even with A/C
- Room and building feels oppressing, there is not that much light (little windows only)

We are on a 3 month bicycle trip. Mauguio Center Hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Had a great place to store our stuff. The staff was great.

A quaint family-owned hotel, the only one in town,, I think. Very clean and well fitted out. Staff were very helpful with my heavy luggage. They also directed me to a really good falafel restaurant next door. The town is a real gem. About 8km from downtown Montpellier and also ~8km to the airport and, I'd say, 8km from the beach.
There were a lot of stairs. Normally, okay, but I had big luggage. The staff pitched in to help me with that.

The location is great! The hotel is located in the center of a quaint village. The directions for entry and parking were very clear. The staff went above and beyond (giving us a couple more coffee pods and milk) and always friendly! Everything was available on site. The beds were comfortable, and there was even a flat sheet.
The cleanliness was okay. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was located on the third floor after a maze of hallways. The steps were steep but the overall space was good. the kitchen sink was very smelly. This is a good hotel for a short stay.

Nice location. Nearby square with friendly bars. Young man at hotel spoke great English. Hotel decor was of high quality.

Location was great and staff were super nice.
I feel like other reviews were dishonest. The place was unclean (blood stains on sheets, stains on the walls, carpet peeling up, refrigerator not clean), smelled of cigarettes in the hallway, had poor maintenance (visible wiring connectors on ceiling light, door paint peeling off) and very basic decor (definitely a cheap hostel vibe though I've seen hostels that looked much better than that). There really was no effort to make the place look nice.

Fully equiped kitchen at my disposal, air conditioning, good shower and a comfortable bed.
The room was a little small and only had one internal window that lead to a hallway (though the glass was treated to preserve privacy a little).

The very nice place - centre of the town. Near the cafe, shops, free parking in the city. At night you can hear conversations from the street, but in the morning you will be awakened by a cute pigeon rattle and a nice cat will come to the room through the window :) very romantic place.

At 27eur/night it's really cheap and very good value for money. We could use a picnic area inside the hotel.

Easy access outside working hours of the reception. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The city of Mauguio is nice with good restaurant. Staff is very nice.
Room size is small but fine for a night or 2.
