Good location, efficient heating, private parking and plenty of hot water
Initial advertising photos misleading. Nowhere comfortable to sit. Property very tired. Saggy uncomfortable mattress and poor pillows. Damp mould on walls of bedroom and bathroom needs attention.

Location is good for getting to the beach
Property appears to be unfinished, looks ok, but bathroom, kitchen and exterior need updating. Host didn't answer his phone on arrival, which was a bad start.

Accepted dogs and close to a dog friendly beach (5 minutes walk). Little patio at the front of apartment where you could sit, but it wasn't very private. Off-road parking for the van was useful.
Grotty bathroom, needs a good clean. Lacked adequate sound proofing between the apartment and the owner's apartment above (footsteps and furniture scraping, and a young child crying). Also it desperately needs mosquito screens on the windows, and a fan. Even at the end of September it was very hot inside, but I couldn't leave the windows open because the mosquitos are vicious. 75 euros plus 15 euros cleaning fee (and 10 euros for a towel, thank goodness I took my own!). Seems expensive off-peak given the basic nature of the accommodation.

The location for the beach is superb. The property is outstanding value for money, only slight downside is the bedroom is extremely warm at night, with no air-conditioning. But overall a great place to stay, good self-catering facilities.
Air-conditioning in the bedroom, would make a huge difference.
