Penny had the best breakfast! I'm not sure how she gets the eggs so fluffy but they were delicious!!! Our best breakfast the entire time in Ireland! Rooms were clean and comfy! Great wifi connection too! Penny was the best host, easy to communicate with prior to and during the trip, excellent customer service! Arranged our ride to the ferry and served breakfast early for us!

The location was a little far from the center of the village.

I liked the rooms, Washrooms and Everything provided for the guest. Cleanliness- 10/10. Amazing staff and kind receptionist. Breakfast was also very very good 10/10 again. Thanks to Peeny and to her staff.

The only thing I feel is that kitchen access should be there for dinner and I am writing this review in a hope that someone picks up on this. At-least basic facilities should be there such as microwave in the kitchen, because the bnb is far away, it would be suitable for guest to prepare ready-to-eat meals in microwave for their dinner. I would love to visit again. It very good bnb.

Penny and her colleague are incredible hosts, thank you again for your tips and everything else, we felt very welcome right from the beginning! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Beds were comfy, very clean room and bathroom. I would recommend this place 100 percent. The walk to the Supermarket and/or Pub is about half an hour or you can call a driver (we did one night, no problem at all). We did an Island-Tour with the funny and kind driver Noel right after the ferry arrived: do that :) you see/learn a lot.

Like a home from home. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by all. We'd love to come back and stay again. Penny was an absolute gem. You won't find a warmer welcome than Tigh Fitz.

Penny the owner phoned in advance to get our confirmation that we didn't travel from lockdown Dublin, reassuring us of her Covid awareness. The room was nice and when we came in one afternoon after get soaked the heating was switched on so we could dry our things. Breakfast was made to order, good selection and very tasty. We were given a time to sit down, there were no more than three tables occupied. The B&B is approx 25 minutes walk from the boat and on our last day, at her suggestion, we put our bags in Penny's car after breakfast, set off on our bikes for the day and she met us at the boat at 4.30. (When you rent a bike, Aran Bikes bring your luggage to your B&B, but they don't collect.)

Disappointed that I had never been on the Aran Islands before! Because of Covid there were only two places open where you could eat. This turned out not to be as bad as it sounds, the hotel is nearby and we had a nice dinner there both nights.
