20-25 minute walk from the marina and beach. In a very quiet location but near lots of local bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Es un apartamento muy agradable, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas bonitas y tranquilas vacaciones, muy cerca del centro. La única pega es lo difícil q es aparcar, aunque siempre encuentras aparcamiento.

It was perfect for us, family of 3. Daughter of 8 liked to chill on a night when we got back with the Disney channel in English. We liked it as it was quiet on a night, peaceful in a morning and the air con worked great. The beds were comfy and no one over looked you. Apartment had everything we needed. 20 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins to main bus line and train line in centre. 1 min walk to bus stop (took you to main bus station) and corner shop just nearby. 7 mins walk to Mercadona supermarket. We are in our 40's and fit / healthy - so walking is not a problem, even in the heat of August and carrying luggage. Owners contacted you quickly and easily, never any issues. Power went off one night - which I reset the fuse box and worked fine. The lift didn't work for the entire week, but as before - we don't have a problem with walking. You did get a sweat on carrying luggage upstairs lol

This was our second visit to Alicante and Marilo and Maxi's apartment. It is a lovely place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone. The owners are charming, helpful and attentive to your needs. The balcony is a particularly nice feature. Alicante has much to offer the visitor. June and Ian.

Charming apartment in a quiet area of Campoamor in Alicante plenty of Tea and Coffee making facilities plus Water and Fruit juice supplied by our very welcoming hosts, Maxi and Maria. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived I was charmed by this pretty apartment and its owners. Everything I needed was accessible, functional, and clean. The welcoming gifts of water and orange juice were much appreciated. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from ADDA (Auditorio de la Diputación de Alicante) where I attended a conference. There is a small grocery store a block away that has all the necessary items needed. Less than a 1/2 hour walk to the beach and the central part of Alicante, so there is easy access to restaurants and shopping. It's a downhill walk to the beach, but easy to find the bus or a taxi for the return trip to the apartment. When I return to Alicante, I will most certainly reserve this wonderful apartment.

Alicante is an exciting city with lots to see and do. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. It is bright, clean and modern, well decorated and furnished. The balcony is a lovely feature. There is a lift up to the fourth floor. Most places are within walking distance. We recommend the Turibus for a tour of the whole city for only ten euros. There are plenty of normal buses as well.
