very simple and nice

We had a connected room with two double beds. Perfect for a family, very very high ceilings, so spacious feeling. Decoration was basic, neccessities only. Airco in one of the two rooms. So we left the connecting door open. Beds hard and basic. Location was the best, forte dei Marmi center at walking distance with little kids.

Everything is old. This has the potential of a beautiful facility. With its high ceilings. But the price in FdM is unique. And if you just want to have a basic stay. Sleep and nothing else, this is your place. Because of price point it attracts young people, that go out at night. And the rooms are connected to the marble stairway, so you here the door slamming downstairs, people going up and down the stairs and people coming back from partying in the middle of the night. It did not bother us that much, but it does break your night.

Spacious rooms with simple and functional furniture. Very clean and well equipped. Very close to the beach and the city centre.

The passage that led to the entrance was occupied by car. I would suggest to leave a small path to the clients since was difficult sometimes to reach the entrance, especially while carrying heavy luggages.

Lovely, immaculate beach-style villa within easily walking distance to the seafront and Forte dei Marmi's shops and restaurants. Staff are very courteous and helpful.
