De luxe uitstraling van het hotel en de ruime mooie familiekamer.

Sommige onvriendelijkheid van het personeel. De sfeer in het hotel algemeen. Het eten in het hoofdrestaurant was niet warm maar lauw of soms koud. De variatie van het eten viel ook tegen ten op zichtte van de eerste keer dat we daar waren 10 jaar geleden. Geen kindermenu’s bij de A la Carte restaurant en zijn denk ik niet berekend op veel kleine kinderen.

Personal was fenomal. Food also fine. Beach was nice. Tip to management let people use other swimming pools also.. now they were only for decoration purposes and that is odd.

Shower was odd because there was only handshowerhose and not like rainshower disk etc. Toiletpaper like always was like so thin omg 😆. (i know why but still)

breakfast buffet was great full of options, there are a lot of options for lunch also (pizza, hamburger..), the pool area was very clean. every night there was a show (singer, dancing..)

the beach are is not sandy, its very hard to get into the sea with no sandals. the cleaning hour of the rooms was strange and it was not done how we wanted. (the cleaning of the room could be better). the dinner buffet is not good, most of the food were not good enough to finish.

Food options were excellent around the property. My daughter liked the creperie for breakfast especially.

No evening mini disco for the kids before the main entertainment began.

The quality and quantity of food along with the number of facilities with nice staff made the stay a great one!

- Great food with a lot of options. There was almost always something open in case you were hungry. As suggestions: - - Would be good and healthier to have a fresh fruit and smoothy corner to be open the entire day - - Have a stand for water, coffee and tea, rather than having to always order these. Very hard to pick teas when you do not see them - Nice lobby and facilities - The private beach was great, water very clean and with no waves - It was never too crowded anywhere, you always could find space in the restaurants, on the beach etc. - There is a shop with a lot of useful stuff on the premises - Several employees were very nice: person that took our luggage, several waiters and person that cooked the omelette every morning - You can flush toilet paper in this hotel, which is not the case in a lot of Greece accommodations - Lots of options to book experiences through the hotel e.g. we visited the Lindos village

Watchouts: -Water in the sea gets deep very fast. Water was quiet cold, but was expected for beginning of June -Live music concerts every day until 11 or 11 30 pm that you can hear very clearly from your room -Most of the guests were families with small children Complaints: -Worst reception staff I ever encountered: they looked like they did not want to be there, not friendly and not helpful. We had an issue (our air conditioning made a noise without it being on) that was managed poorly by the reception, had to request to talk to the manager in order to find a solution and lost almost an entire day from my vacation. In the end we were offered another room and 2 free of charge beach gazebos, which was good. However they just gave the old room to other people without fixing the issue (my parents slept in the room next to it and sometimes heard the noise), I guess they were hoping the new guests will not have such good hearing... -Very bad isolation-you could hear your neighbours, people on the hallway and outside -There is no iron in the room and you need to book it in advance for 30 minutes. They say this is for security reasons, however they should at least have enough irons to provide to guests on the spot -A lot of the waiters/staff do not speak English well enough to have a proper conversation or understand us. We had several instances when the order was misunderstood -Cleanliness in the bathroom is superficial. Sink, toilet and shower had long term dirt and smelled -Rooms need to be refurbished to be in line and in style with the other parts of the hotel. They also had a smell - combination of old and sweat -Online platform needs to be improved. I had done the online check in but had to do it again in person, tried to book restaurants and transportation from the airport and in the end had to do it with the help of the concierge or another team member since the bookings did not work as they should -Overall organisation could be better
