Very good location and lovely outdoor areas! Pool is a good size and ver deep.

You had to collect/ return the keys from a different location

The house and the location is very good. It looks exactly the same as on the photos. The patio and the terrace with the swimming pool are very big and for sure you will spend good time there having lot of fun. Everything was very good except customer service.

From the very beginning I had problems with my reservation. I was not informed that prepay is needed so my reservation got cancelled. I had to make reservation again. When I arrived to the office I was waiting 15 minutes until someone answer my calls. If I did not see a guy with a t shirt with the company sign I would have to wait even more probably. The documents I was given was also incorrect. The address of the house was incorrect so we were searching the correct house in the neighbourhood. Eventually I put the address from booking and we got the place.

The house is fantastic, both bigger and overall better then the pictures indicate. The pool is perfect, garden really nice and the house overall just great, plenty of space for a couple of families to share. Aldi and Mercadona with-in easy walking distance (less then 500 meters) but a bit more of a stroll to get closer to restaurants and such and hardly a scenic walking route.

Whilst the house was great, and even better then expectations, it was borderline ridiculous how much was lacking, outside of a few roll of toilet papers almost nothing was there, baking paper to be able to use the oven, salt&pepper, dish-washing soap, coffee etc, outside of silverware in the cabinets and furniture the place was basically empty, not expensive items but a hassle when staying for a couple of days
