Nice, clean and quiet hotel with a lovely pool area close to the beach and close to the restaurants and bars in Mancora. The owner and the staff are really kind and helpful, and they even offered us a free ride to the bus station when our motor-taxi didn’t arrive. Fast and stable WiFi and good breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and tidy, the pool area, sun loungers and hammocks are comfortable, the rooms nice and spacious with great beds, good bathrooms and mosquito nets, and the breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is also close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Friendly , good breakfast, quiet and peaceful.

I found a couple of cockroaches, Dead in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was broken but they fixed over all minor thighs but that would make a big difference.

Nice spacious room, very clean, nice pool, close to everything but still nice and quiet at night. Staff is kind and helpful.

WiFi doesn't work and the mattress needed to get changed. It's a general thing in the area, but it's a bit annoying that you aren't allowed to take your key with you when leaving the hotel, and also that you have to ring a doorbell at the gate and wait to be let in every time you come back. Maybe it's necessary for safety, but just a bit inconvenient.

The rules should be displayed or at least announced on arrival. Yelling at us was not specially appreciated on last morning for using the swimming pool before 9am. Wifi was finicky at best, but we did not come for that.

The swimming pool was very nice, the kids were very happy playing in it. Location near the malecon of playa Mancora was very nice, easy to go to restaurants and souvenir stores. The beach is a few minutes walking distance. The room was cosy, the bambu finishing gave it a special touch. Outside there are racks to let clothes dry. There are fins on the windows to let the mosquitos out (it did not work). Breakfast was good and well organized albeit a little late.
