Très grande chambre, bien équipée avec une belle salle de bain.
Bruit de ventilation continuel venant de l'hôtel. Mauvaise insonorisation. Wifi médiocre.
Nous sommes restés 8 nuits et avons demandé de quitter à 14h00 (au lieu de 11h00). Accordé mais sous réserve d'une participation de 500TWD/heure. Soit pratiquement le prix d'une nuitée, sachant que la chambre était disponible sur Booking. Un geste commercial aurait été appréciable sachant que plusieurs hôtels ne demandent rien même si l'on ne reste que 2 ou 3 nuits.

The room is quiet and well insulated despite facing the main street. It is clean overall and the staff was helpful for booking taxi.
Wifi was good, I could work no problem
The location is not very nice around, not much good options for food or shops and still 10min walk from the metro station.
Before coming, I wrote twice to the hotel asking some questions and no answer. Though when I was there, the staff was friendly.
The Aircon was not functioning properly, it was too cold (I should have notified the staff though)

Good location. Clean place.
Magnetic door cards are desactivated everyday. Air conditionning too cold. Nearly no storage furniture in the room.

The staff were nice and they spoke English so that’s really good.
The rooms were really dirty. You can see dust all over the floor especially close to the bottom of the beds. The keycard always doesn’t work. We had to keep going back down to get the keycard fixed every time we came back to the room, with three kids, completely not a joy. Location was also very inconvenient. It’s surrounded by a lot of car workshops.

Great location - 7/11, food street, tea shop and mrt nearby, as well as nice park to hang out in the night
Staff - very friendly and understanding, we were first arranged the room that had some noise of broken machine, but they kindly changed us to the other room
Clean, trash taken out every day, did not have any weird smells, good comfy bed, showers were powerful and hot!
We were lucky and neighbours were quiet, at last day heard some loud people next door, but can't say it was very disturbing. The sound of water can be heard, but not disturbing as well

1. Location. The property is located near to convenience store, laundry shop, train and bus station all within walking distance.
2. Comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, the water heater works perfectly.
3. Amenities. The room have universal socket, don’t even need to have an adapter. They also have hair dryers and other basic showering facilities.
1. The front desk employee are not aware of our staying period. This has caused some confusion between us and they only charged us for one night despite us staying for three nights, we need to ask them to re-check, and after that only they rectify the issue. Hope that proper training can be provided and ensure that employees are aware of continuous stay guest.

The staff was really nice and accomodating when I told them I would like to check-out early due to the hotel being a bad fit.
The hotel is very old and grimey. The room I stayed in smelled like cigarettes and the air was not clean at all. I had terrible congestion and allergies while staying there. The carpets are super old. The only newer setup was the bathroom. The bed was so hard I had back pain. The sheets also did not feel very clean. I feel like if I had stayed longer than 1 day I would have gotten sick so I immediately checked out. Also, photos of the common area is not accurate. The sofa area in the photo in the lobby is not usable. It was filled with bags of things, not sure what they were, and totally not accessible. There is not common area basically. The location is nice though and lots of shops nearby.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is kind and speaks reasonable English. The location is close to public transport and a nice Japanese quarter with bars and restaurants. Quite clean too.
A bit noisy on a busy street. No breakfast or indeed any common space at all.
