Clean, friendly staff with good English, large room

Church bells woke us up at 5am

Perfectly located apartment with a balcony with beautiful view. Close to main bus stop, shops, restaurants and only 15 min bus journey from Larnaca airport. We have been offered daily room cleaning which was nice and to a high standard. The biggest advantage of this listing is extremely nice staff. The lady at the reception was very welcoming, offered help and assistance throughout the stay. Thank you again

it would be great if basic kitchen ingredients (oil, salt and pepper, coffee and tea) were available- e.g.

- Perfectly located directly at the square with the main point of interest in the Old town - the St. Lazarus church - and in close proximity to the sea promenade; it is basically a set of rooms that serve as an extension of the main hotel Opera, which is located across the square; the reception with free coffe and fruits is also located in Opera; - We were warmly welcomed by the responsive and friendly staff; in particular Diana was very helpful in accommodating us and provided us with insights on Larnaca and the region - An affordable and functional stay, satisfactory for the two nights we spent there

- The rooms are nicely decorated, but can use a renovation - The cleanliness can be improved

The bed was very comfortable and the room extremely clean! Loads of storage options and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location is good if you want quick access to the town center where you find a variety of restaurants and shops.

The shower door didn't close properly and it was noisy outside in the evening as a band was playing live music every evening In the restaurant downstairs. Needless to say, we didn't even stay during the high season! I can only imagine how noisy it is when the crowd is visiting. The cleaning staff smoked in the hallway.

The location is perfect. Close to the Finikoudes (5 minute walk). Getting from and to the house was very convenient. Very clean room and bathroom. Water pressure is like you’re having a massage everyday. Staff are amazingly friendly and cooperative. The room overlooks an amazing view of the church. Overall, I would definitely come again and stay at the Operetta.

We couldn’t sleep in on Sunday because the church is just across from the house - and we’re bot religious.

I had no breakfast. The location at the church square is magical!

My room was located above a bar which plays live music until late night! I stayed for 3 nights and I have not slept in that time really.

Paid for a larger room , told the reception that it wasnt the right room we paid for- wasn’t offered the cheaper rate for the smaller room as it was prepaid on booking . When I told her the room seemed to be dusted and not cleaned she asked if I expected her to clean the room 😀 Great service is an understatement. Extra door leaning right next to our door was a great art piece 🤣 ... seems someone forgot it ...
