The room is clean and cosy. The shuttle bus stops close to the property which makes it really convenient travelling to/from the ski resort. The staff go the extra mile to help out when they can, especially with pick up and drop off.

great hotel with an amazing Bath a real Japanese experience. with friendly staff
it was quite far from the nearest supermarket but the staff did offer to drive me which was very kind and the slopes are about a 10 minute walk up hill.

Location for ski is awesome. The shuttle bus stop at front of door and every 30 mins has 1 shift.
And the owner English is good easy for foreigners.

Friendly owner operator family who is helpful and picked us up from the bus stop.
Resonably priced meal which you need to pre-order.
Overall a memorable and comfortable stay. The ONSEN was superb !
