The location was ok.
Unfortunately, the air was leaking making the floor wet and we couldn't use it. There was no fan as well.
The host parties upstairs were up to 5 am and were so loud that kids couldn't sleep. The kid's beds were uncomfortable to the level that they slept with us for the whole stay.

Small beds were uncomfortable, the host canto speak english. 30 min to the beach.

We stayed at Villa Ceki as a family with 3 teenage kids. We rented the larger one of two apartments, located one floor up from ground level, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 shower, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very large terrace. We found this spacious and cosy apartment in clean condition and stylishly furnished. Particularly important for us was the availability of free on-site parking, a washing machine as well as air conditioning, for which we were particularly thankful.
The owner was extremely friendly and always available to give lots of advice on what to do in the area, beach recommendations, shopping and restaurant tips, etc. We would be more than happy to stay there again in the future!
Nothing to say, we were happy with everything.
