It was a trip to Goa after 18 years with family so we want to stay in location near beaches. Residence is near to Candolim Beach also near to good Restaurants to enjoy Sea Food. Staff is very Co operative & helpful to guide. Property is very well maintained.

Hospitality provided by Host was really good. He provided all required support in terms of cabs, bike, cleaning and other nearby places to visit. Highly recommend to book this property if going as a family/co-worker.
Location is very close to Candolim Beach and nearby area is very good.

Location was in prime vicinity. Mr. Nitesh and Dharmaraj were very co-operative. Highlight was the swimming pool within the property. We highly recommend for stay .

Good location, near a lot of bars and restaurants, however the beach is a little too far to walk.
Great facilities in the apartment.l
There were cockroaches in my room which came from under a large gap in the balcony door. When I explained this to the owner, they arranged for the room to be cleaned again and changed the bed sheets.
The electricity kept cutting out several times a day which was annoying but not the end of the world!
