Lovely friendly host who made us feel welcome immediately. The breakfast was second to none. Perfectly cooked and catered to me as a vegetarian.
My only minor complaint would be not having an ensuite bathroom. However, I know that this is purely logistical with having the family room. Despite this the bathroom was private and only a couple of doors down the hall so not a huge hardship.

Everything was perfect. Karen went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Quiet location, Town centre and sea front within easy walking distance. Lovely spacious room, comfortable and immaculately clean. The icing on the cake was the superb breakfast.
There is nothing at all to dislike about this property.

We booked last minute to attend my best friend's funeral...nothing was too much for Karen. She allowed us to check in slightly early the previous day so we could call in and see friend's and family, then again on check out day, allowed us to get ready for the funeral and check out a little over an hour late so we weren't creasing out clothes. Breakfast was amazing and there was a huge variety if you didn't fancy a Full Scottish. All I'll say is...Karen, you're amazing and run a fantastic B&B opening your home to the public...don't change a thing its perfect. Thank you for your understanding and for being a terrific hostess, Linzi and I will definitely be back x

We liked everything. The room was really cosy, and the breakfasts were fantastic. I loved how homely it felt.
Loved that there were cat's it was a really nice place to have a quiet and relaxing getaway. We would definitely be back in the future

The room was excellent and sparkling clean. There is plenty of information available regarding local attractions, shops, activities and local restaurants. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful throughout my stay. They are pet friendly. There's a wide range of choice available for breakfast and the food was incredible. Highly recommend to all.

I booked this property for my mother to stay there while she was attending a wedding with us. she was very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and found the host very welcoming. I was also very impressed with the standards when I visited my mother here.
If you don’t like cats then you may not like that three cats live in the property. That said the cats kept well out of the way.

Breakfast was Cooked to Perfection,Bedroom had view onto Garden,Good parking places outside B&B.Easy to reach Town Centre from B&B.
Watch out for Seagull Droppings onto Your Car! HA HA.

So clean/ fresh/ large bedroom with good sized
en suite - made welcome from the 1st step into the property , breakfast well worth the ££ -we really enjoyed.

It was a very lovely b&b, Karen, the owner, was very accommodating and nice. She had a lot of options for breakfast, even a lot of vegan options.

garden was lovely to be able to use with lovely swing seat and the large bedroom space, Karen our host was lovely
the room was visible on the ground floor so felt like a lack of privacy from pedestrians on the street. curtains had to be closed when changing etc, curtains weren’t black out so light in the morning. Water power in the shower was fine but not very strong.
