The Location. The road in front of the main gate gives a bad impression.But they can't help it.

Corridors of room, passage way was too crowded. A little bit privacy and staff should not stare at customers.

The room was big, the facilities were lot many, breakfast was amazing..
Bed size was short as per me as i am 6 fit the bed was not quite of big size. Also the reception staff can be more polite remaining staff was very polite

As per commitment there was not proper breakfast and breakfast offered was not fresh and hot also tea or coffee not included in breakfast. When asking about tea hotel behaviour was rude.
Refrigerator making noise, AC not working properly also noisy and towel was not offered in room.
